“Nice room had all amenities apart from an iron and there wasn’t a phone to call reception. Wasn’t a major issue as everything else was perfect. The car park is quite big and free. We checked in late and out early so did not try meals. Overall excellent value for money.”

We were able to check in early, which was a big help, and when we arrived we delighted to see how spotlessly clean it was. “This was a one night stay on our way to Edinburgh with our dogs. It was exactly what we needed a comfortable, clean and well equipped room right next to a lovely pub that is also dog friendly. Sonia and the team couldn't do enough for us, fetching water for our dogs after a long journey. Asking if we had everything we needed. We had a good meal that night and a lovely breakfast the following morning. Such a friendly place, we will definitely be back!”
