“Beautiful country setting, owner wrote sweet note and welcome sign and had little touches like, teas, local beers, and fresh flowers. Would have been better if we had arrived during the day, hard to see and steep dropoff hard for large extended handicap van to turn around, but was fine in the morning. Only caught one bluegill, maybe next time earlier in the year.”

“A beautiful place with interesting antiques from all over! The vibe from this apartment was very homely but interesting. In my opinion better then staying in biltmore. Very comfortable and has everything you could want for a vacation in asheville. This couple is incredibly accommodating and clearly know asheville like the back of their hand! Very welcoming and friendly people that have plenty of advice for those exploring asheville for the first time! I will certainly be staying again! ”

“Great little place close to all the TR action ”

“The property is impeccable and very well appointed. The neighborhood is the most quiet I've ever experienced. It was the perfect base for exploring waterfalls and beautiful hiking trails all within ten miles. We could have stayed much longer. An eastern screech owl serenaded us for a few minutes each twilight. There were a few black bears in the area but they kept to themselves. They certainly didn't stop us from enjoying the patio. Hosts were very friendly and helpful.”

“Awesome, peaceful place and hosts. Cozy and had everything i needed. Nice property, that i was able to take evening walks around. Barbara and bob were kind, very friendly, and gave great recommendations, and even left welcome muffins and snacks. They had the sweetest dog who they let me love on (Barbara was very respectful and was going to keep her away, until i said i love dogs and asked to meet her)This was a solo trip and i felt very safe and welcomed. Would 100% stay again if i'm ever back...
