"I believe there are certain things in a hotel that should never be negotiable, and cleanliness is one of them. Unfortunately, the lack of hygiene is noticeable in every part of this hotel. I understand they want to provide a “ranch experience,” but it feels more like that than a real hotel. I don’t understand why they sell stays without even offering decent bedding. In the case of the tipis, they are not suitable for spending the night at all. The worst part is that you only find this out after you’ve already paid, which makes you feel scammed. Honestly, it’s a lot of money for nothing. The only good thing is the view, but without a doubt, I would not come back."
