“This apartment is well located, underground across the road with a short trip into the centre of Vienna. Apartment well furnished and lots of nice little touches. Small but well laid out. Excellent host, all instructions very clear and getting keys and finding apartment straight forward. Large supermarket across the road. Would be happy to recommend this apart to anyone. ”

“Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Einzig die Fernsehtechnik (kleine Fernseher, schwierige, komplizierte Satellitenreceivertechnik) und der Außenbereich (unbequeme Sitzmobel) könnten ein wenig mehr Liebe vertragen. Tolle Ausgangslage um Wien und Umgebung mit den Öffentlichen zu erkunden.”

“El contacto con Mani fue siempre excelente. El apartamento se corresponde casi al completo con las imágenes de la web. Pero los amenities eran muy muy escasos y usados ya. No hubo papel higiénico de repuesto, sólo había medio rollo. La alfombra de la ducha estaba rota y vieja. Y no había store en la ventana del recibidor, por lo que no había intimidad para entrar al baño sin que te pudieran ver. El estropajo del fregadero de la cocina era usado y viejo. Este apartamento debe mejorar en calidad...

“A very nice apartment, perfect for our family. Three separate rooms for sleeping. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was great with complementary coffee so we could enjoy a cup the next morning. I appreciate the attention to detail, the decor was uplifting and the apartment was very clean. It was close to places to eat and public transportation. I would recommend this apartment without hesitation.”
