- Unauthorized late check-out will incur a $100/hr fee.
2. Extra Guest Fee: After 6 guests, an additional fee of $25 per guest per night applies.
3. Pet Fee: $45 per pet per night.
4. Registered Guests Only: Accommodates up to 16 guests. Unregistered guests are prohibited.
- Children must be included in the reservation count. Violation results in a $200 penalty per person, per night.
- Bedrooms are opened based on the number of guests registered on Vrbo.
5. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM; no loud talking on decks or in common areas after this time.
6. Special Activities: Without written consent from the Host, activities such as filming, professional photography, events, or music recording are prohibited and will incur additional location fees. Contact the Host for location fees.
