Host was very communicative and responsive. The property was perfect for our family and was clean and very comfortable. Well maintained and decor was very nice. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of cozy throws around the unit. However, we were on the second floor. There were loud footsteps walking and banging above us until all hours of the night. The guests on the first level were extremely loud until almost 1 in the morning. Jenny was very responsive to my complaints and stated she kept telling them to quiet it down - however the loud music and loud guests did not seem to want to comply. That was the only bad part of our stay. Other than that the property is a nice place.

Jenny was a phenomenal communicator, responded quickly to our questions, and gave helpful advice on local food places. The property was BEAUTIFUL - as pretty as the pictures. She obviously took great care in decorating and making the home comfortable and bright. We wished we could have stayed longer! - but we definitely have this home on our list when we come back to Boston.

Definitely worth the stay

This space was so peaceful and perfect. You would never know you were staying in a busy city/neighborhood because the apartment is so comfortable and equip. There was plenty of space for us (family of 5), and we did not feel cramped. And our host was VERY responsive and easy to work with.

This second floor apartment was spotless. Linens were great and beautifully appointed. Both bathrooms were newly remolded and the walk-in one was perfect for the older folk.

Great place in Boston

This is a great place in a good location. Near T Station. It is fully renovated and good space for our family of 6 and 1 child. Host is great and answered all our questions promptly. She was able to manage our request on time. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Property… Amazing host

My family and i enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. 4 bedrooms equipped with enough beds for 7 adults and 6 kids. Jenny was very accommodating with our check in time and gracious with check out. Thank you for being a great host

Understocked and missing vital information

The main issue with this property is that the owner listed the parking situation as "street parking available". There were no other notes or instructions about the street parking. We parked on the street without incident for the first few days, but on our third day our car was towed. It turns out the city does street cleaning every first and third Wednesday of the month and tow cars parked there. All the signs on the block were missing, so there was no way for us to know, and this vital information was missing from the description and the instructions. When I reached out to the owner she refused to take responsibility for this lack of information, going so far as to alter her listing and lie to say she had warned us to park at own risk. I had already screenshot the instructions to show there was no warning, so I know for a fact she altered and lied about it. Her failure cost our school group over 200 and a great deal of inconvenience to get our car back. Furthermore, the property states it fits up to 16 people, and we had a group of 13. But it was only stocked for 8-9 people, with not enough plates, bowls, cutlery, or blankets and linens. When we asked about this the owner had us go down to the basement of the property to get our own extra linens. This is a narrow dark staircase with a dangerous overhang that one of the students hit their head on. There is also a room that locks on its own and no code provided so we got locked out. Would not recommend at all.

The apartment was very clean and had nice style with a lot of new appliances. Felt safe and was right outside of Boston. The host responded quickly to any questions I had and was very helpful.

Beautiful stay for a brief moment

The stay was beautiful the home is just as gorgeous as it is in the pictures. Easy and accessible. Only thing to note is the tenants above the house were EXTREMELY loud. I know in the rules they had quiet hrs from 9pm and so on but that was definitely not followed. There was alot of banging, slamming, and crashes throughout the day and all night as well. If your looking for something quiet this may not be it but the stay was great aside from that.

Lovely home

This home was incredibly clean and well set up. It was a wonderful place to unwind after a busy day. The host is fantastic and is very quick when responding to any questions you may have.
