Family visit

Needed somewhere to sleep while visiting family and this sufficed just fine. Pillows in the main bedroom were a bit thin otherwise everything was fine.

And we needed a place to stay for a family reunion and this was perfect. Absolutely immaculate sun drenched with a lovely enclosed porch. The stairs will remind you to work out more.😊

Birthday Surprise

We arrived late to the property and there was a little confusion as to which door we were to enter (the front door has two main doors and in the dark I was not able to see the key coded one), but the host was very prompt with my assistance. The property was extremely clean and had everything we needed (including coffee!!) The location was so convenient to everything (great restuarants, golf clubs, Gillette Stadium, casinos, etc.) We will be sure to stay at this property again!

Okay stay but overpriced for location and unit

We were grateful to find a pet friendly suite on short notice and the unit is okay, but we stayed at two much nicer short term rentals in walking distance from the beach in Quincy so I would call this overpriced for the location and quality of the suite. Pros: 2 minute walk to the Polish deli, the Stoughton bakery and the train Cons: You must be a heavy sleeper because the commuter train sounds like it is running through the suite every hour on weekdays. There was construction in the building while we stayed that made it impossible to be on work conference calls (there should have been a discount for this) and the bathroom is very tight with a shower and towel rack that need to be changed out. The managers were very responsive when we called about the shower after we arrived but the fix didn’t last for the stay. For short stays by folks who don’t wake easily, this place will do in a pinch. Recommend the owners take out the game table and put in a work desk, soundproof the windows and Reno the bathroom.

Comfortable and great value!

This apartment had everything we needed as we were traveling for work. The listing is accurate and communication is great -- the property caretakers are very nice and quick to answer texts! You can tell they put a lot of work into updating the property. There were a few things to note -- the stairs up to the apartment were narrow/steep, the bathroom and shower are small, and sometimes the kitchen lights/appliances wouldn't work if there were too many other things running! But these were not issues for us and we had a comfortable and relaxing stay. We really liked the enclosed porch outside the front door (great for morning yoga) and the a/c units in every room on those hot nights! Thanks to the hosts -- we appreciate you!

Great property

This is a super cute property. It is clean and well apportioned. Communication was easy and any questions were quickly answered. That is the good. There are a couple of things you should know however prior to booking. The stairs to the apartment are NO JOKE. they are very old, wooden and steep. If you have any mobility issues or are overweight you will have difficulty navigating them. My husband and I are in great physical condition for our age and we found them challenging. The coffee pot is unusable, very cute, but not usable. The linens are sufficient but not great quality, probably the least expensive ones I have ever found in a VRBO. they were however, spectacularly clean. Overall it was a great stay with kind and responsive hosts.

Quick 2 nights trip to go to an event at the Stadium. Great place. Easy checkin. Great follow up by the property owner. Loved it.
