Hotel de buen precio
Es un hotel de muy buen precio. La salvedad es que esta lejos de la ciudad de Boston y en los alrededores del hotel no hay sitios cercanos para comer o comprar. Hay que movilizarse en carro. El hotel tiene un servicio de transporte gratis a la estacion del metro, el aeropuerto y el mall mas cercano. El espacio del desayuno es muy pequeño considerando la cantidad de habitaciones

This was a convenient option for a short trip to Randolph. The staff was accommodating and helpful. There is plenty of parking available and the place was clean. I would stay again.

Property was decently clean and tidy but an older building so dated and stained walls/carpets. Staff where friendly but didn't go out of their way. No available water cooler after breakfast was told Id need to buy from the vending machine. Many reviews i read where 10/10 wish their had been some honesty as I was lookig for higher quality .

As you pointed out, we are a dated hotel, and I would like to apologies for the inconvenience. We are keeping up with all the issues in hand and are making the corrections as we speak. Normal wear and tear are a daily occurrence. I would like to apologies again as you had not felt our staff did not go out of their way to make sure our guest is taken care of. They should have been more directional and understanding to your needs and concerns. As we do have a water cooler in the fitness room for our guest to use. Instead of them pointing you towards the marketplace for you to purchase a bottle of water.Originally, we had one in the breakfast area. Unfortunately, we are in a transition from the original water cooler to a new water filling station. Your satisfaction is important to us as a valued guest of our hotel. We will be using your feedback to make improvements, so that we can provide exceptional experiences for our guests.

L'hôtel est bien de manière générale cependant, le Wifi laisse a désirer chaque fois que mon écran de téléphone se fermait je devait me reconnecter au Wii et remettre le mot de passe mais le gérant a dit qu'ils vont amélioré le réseaux et qu'ils sont conscients du problème d'internet. Les rideaux et les fenêtres des chambres demandent grandement a être changer et nettoyer c'était taché et poussiéreux. Le divan était aussi tâché ce n'est pas très agréable a regarder. Sinon, littere et matelas très confortable, déjeuner gratuit avec vaste choix d'aliments il y avait de tout, j'ai adoré pouvoir faire mes propres gaufres belges. Le personnels courtois et a l'écoute, emplacement de l'hôtel parfaite ! Il y a une station d'essence Shell juste a côté a 1 min. de marche a l'intérieur il y a une petite épicerie et un café. Un Dunkin donuts de l'autre côté de la rue, pharmacie et restos pas loin et un des plus grand centre commercial de Boston a 8 min en voiture.

Curtains wouldnt close all the way letting in light. Toilets could be heard all night being flushed. Ac units are loud….! Sleep was limited and the pillows were tiny.

Everything was great except for one issue. The Hotel was clean, quiet and very friendly staff. Only issue was the room we had on the 3rd floor did not have curtains that closed. The outside lights kept us up all night. Our room was facing the Lombardo's function hall and whatever lights that were outside shined into the room. Other then that it was a comfortable visit. If we return we will be making sure we are not on the same side of the 3rd floor.

Uncomfortable Stay
The room was clean, the breakfast was good, however the comfort of the room regarding the temperature was poor. The temperature of room 411 was cold. The heating system of the room did not work, cold air came out of the heating system. Two extra blankets were given, and there was no other room to move to, due to the full capacity of the hotel. Arrived on Friday 10/20, it was reported then. They said they were "short staffed", but someone was to come up to the room but they did not, an extra blanket was given at that time. It was reported again on Saturday 10/21 another blanket was given; the room remained cool. Someone came up to the room on Monday 10/23 the day of check out to look at the system. Needless to say I was disappointed and was not comfortable during my stay.

The location and room were good. The wifi did not work. It appeared to be connected. But Terrible signal. Unable to connect to any internet service

This place was very budget friendly, was mostly clean and definitely in a safe area. Staff were friendly and very helpful and the location is great. We loved the continental breakfast and the night staff that checked us in was so kind. The two little things that kind of brought the rating down was in regards to the fact that the ceiling in our room had mold and dust on it, when we laid in bed at night we were looking up at it. The vent fan in our bathroom wasnt working so maybe that contributed? Not sure. The bathroom area under the sink also was a bit dusty. Housekeeping tidied our room the second day we had stayed but didnt stop by our third day at the hotel but maybe it was because we would be checking out the following day. All in all we would stay here again, would most likely just request a different room
