Hosts were very accommodating and responsive. Coffee and snacks were provided. Kitchen was well equipped. Apartment was convenient and close to train station. AC control is locked but host will adjust temperature when you ask. Beds were very firm. Upstairs neighbors are loud but we would stay here again.

Wonderful stay. Very clean and well appointed home. We were centrally located to the various places we were going. The hosts were very responsive to our questions. Very modern unit and had all the appliances, dishes, cooking items we needed. We highly recommend this lovely home and plan to stay again when we are in the area! Thanks Helen and Tom!

We were there for a graduation celebration. We rented a car since it was not so convenient to take the T. The apartment was very clean, easy check in and check out. We did not cook anything so we can’t evaluate the kitchen but it was clean and the host had snack, water and teas for us to use. Very kind of them. We did use the washer and dryer very Convenient. Our only complaint was the upstairs neighbors. The parking is located at the back of the house. We were able to park there the first night we arrived late. But after that, the neighbors blocked the entrance with their cars. We were lucky to find the last spot on the street to park. The next day when we went to park the car, they had a bounce house blocking the way. It was around 8:30 pm. The kids playing and screaming did not stop until 10pm on a Sunday night. We again were able to park on the street. This was my only complaint about this stay.

This apartment was a great stay for my family of 4. All the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was pristine with dishwasher and automated ice machine in fridge, in unit washer and drier was a huge plus, and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do while in Boston. Unfortunately I would recommend another location if staying with small children. Our daughter is 8 months old at the time of booking and the upstairs neighbors played extremely loud music late into the early morning, they slammed doors, banging up and down the stairs all night, and there was a noticeable odor In the apartment at all hours. Overall this stay was incredible and I would stay again with just my adult family, but I would suggest another location if staying with younger children.

Five seniors rented for Boston siteseeing prior to cruise ship departure. Clean and appointed with brand new bathroom and modern appliances. Easy communication with the owner who answered all our questions within hours. Good location pn a quiet. Ul'de- sa .

Great place. Would definitely stay there again. Only downside is not a lot of variety and walking distance for restaurants. However, we were mostly in downtown Boston so it didn’t affect our trip at all. Communication was awesome with the hosts.

We enjoyed our stay, had a blast in Boston! The apartment was so cute and very clean. The only downside was the upstairs neighbors were loud late at night and the neighborhood was a little sketch but not so much we wouldn’t stay there again. There was everything we needed, great beds and plenty of room for all six of us adults. We enjoyed our stay.

Clean comfortable and newly renovated. The neighborhood is being re-gentrified and still has some rough areas but we were able to walk to a fantastic Italian restaurant and St Marks church next door. Otherwise easy to Uber to all the sights of Boston.

This place was great for our three-night visit to Boston. Plenty of room for two couples, very clean and well-stocked. Communication was great. The easy check-in and snacks were greatly appreciated when arriving late in the evening after a long day of driving.

We traveled to Boston on a college visit road trip. Parking was safe and free, either on the street or in the driveway behind the house. The unit was immaculate, everything updated with brand new appliances and quality beds and furniture. <10 minute walk to Shawmut train station, easy to explore ALL of Boston quickly. There is no second bed as listed in the room with two beds. The street the house is on is crazy narrow due to parking on both sides of the road, uber/lyft/delivery drivers had a very difficult time getting in and out. And if you miss the turn into the driveway the first time, be prepared for a challenging turn around. The apartment is clean and comfortable. My kids loved the snacks that were left, though some were really stale. uber/lyft was willing to pick up and drop off to Fenway and Commons.
