  • Welcome to our modern 5BR/2BA Boston stay, a comfortable home base for families, work trips, graduations, college visits, hospital visits, and group travel.

    The unit includes five bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, large dining area, washer/dryer, fast WiFi, Disney+, and easy self check-in. Guests also have access to the shared backyard with deck, fire pit, grills, and outdoor seating — a great place to relax after a day in the city.

    The location makes it easy to enjoy Boston without staying directly downtown. You are about a 12-minute walk to the train, with convenient access to downtown Boston, Fenway, Seaport, Boston Convention Center, major universities, hospitals, local beaches, parks, restaurants, and the airport. It was a spacious and awesome location for 10 people. Very cozy and in an area that was central and walking distance to cool restaurants and bars.

Our host was easy to communicate with, and provided answers to everything in advance and during the stay. The beds are very comfortable, and it's nice to have enough bedrooms to sleep several people all in one place. Access to public transportation is a major plus, as the bus stops right out front, and it's a nearby walk to the train station.When the weather is nice, the back deck is a lovely place to relax, and there is also a patio area with grills, a fire pit, seating, and even a small putting green.I stayed here with friends for the Boston Marathon, and we found it to be a lovely location that made it easy to get to the center of the city without having to stay right in the middle of the crowds.

Was a nice stay with a few quirks w the nighbors but aside from that we made it work!

Place was very clean and accessible when we arrived. Communication was top notch. Would definitely stay again on future trips to town. Only thing I would say isn’t perfect is that parking on the street is extremely limited but that isn’t so much the property issue but as much just a general city issue.

Good Stay for Groups

This was a good place to stay four our group of 13. The rooms are just slightly different from the description of beds but there are all the beds included.

Dorchester Flat

Our family enjoyed our stay. It was a short drive or uber ride to the city. The outdoor space was key and provided us with more space. And the marathon was a success. Thank you to our host

Fenway Event

We all came into Boston for my nieces Army commenecment ceremony. Needed a home that could comfortable host us and we found it! Clean and we did find street parking right in front. Thank you Eder!

Overall Good Accommodation

Our stay was overall good but there a few things I wish I had known before. The homes on each side of the location appear abandoned. One house has fire damage which damaged the side of the property we are staying in. It didn’t affect our stay but not a great neighborhood atmosphere. This home is also a 3rd floor walk up which should be disclosed. The owner however is friendly and responsive. Overall still a good stay.

Very Unhappy With Property and Host

I am only writing this review to save someone else from having their vacation ruined. To start, parking is on a busy street. We only learned that when we got the check in message. The first night we got $100 parking tickets because there was not a "no parking" sign posted. You need to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to the unit. Rooms are extremely small. There is no way to sleep more than 10 people comfortable. The living area is only big enough for a table and chairs. There is a back porch but it was raining on the only night we stayed and everything was wet because the roof leaked. The kitchen is not fully stocked to cook. I had booked the unit for 7 nights but we ended up leaving and moving to a hotel after 1 night. Host responded to my messages until I asked for partial refund and then I never heard from him again. Needless to say he did not refund any of the fee. I have never had a problem with a rental property before but I will never rent from VRBO again, that is how stressful the whole situation was.
