    ⚠️House Rules⚠️
    By booking, you agree to all of the following rules and agreements. Please message us regarding any questions!

    1. Smoking, drugs, and vape use is NOT allowed inside and outside the property. There is a $1,000 fine if discovered.

    2. Parties, events, and gatherings are NOT allowed at this property, including loud music. Quiet Hours are 10PM - 8AM. If it is determined that guests are having a party/large gathering OR surrounding neighbors report a complaint and/or call police for disturbance, guest(s) will be asked to leave immediately without refund of unused nights. There is a $1,000 fine if discovered.

    3. Any cleaning issues must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have. There`s no daily housekeeping. For long-term stays (over 30 days), deep cleaning can be requested for $300 per cleaning. This process takes 3-4 hours, similar to checkout.

    4. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are NOT allowed. Children are considered guests that must be stated in the reservation. We do not allow visitors unless discussed and agreed upon prior to booking. Violation of this rule will result in a $200 penalty per person, per night.

    5. We love animals, but unfortunately, pets are NOT allowed in the home. If this rule is broken, a $300 fee per pet, per night will apply, along with double the cleaning fee to cover a required deep clean.

    6. Unapproved late check-out will incur a fee of $100/hr. Checkout is at 10 AM.

    7. There is a security camera at the front door. None inside the home. Blocking or disconnecting any of these devices will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund. Also, you will be charged for any missing or damaged items occurring when these devices are blocked/disconnected at twice of their current price.

    8. The Hosts are not responsible for parking tickets or any law violations.

    9. Hosts are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illness, or deaths that occur while on the premises or its facilities. Hosts are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.

    10. By booking, you agree to comply with the above Rules & Agreements. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses, and may be removed from the property.

    11. Adult supervision of children on the property at all times👶

    12. 👞 Please remove all shoes indoors. We have a shoe cabinet for your convenience near the door

    13. No moving/rearranging furniture

    14. Keep AC above 68°F – setting it lower may cause damage

    15. Unplug curling irons, blow dryers and etc when leaving the house

    These rules enable us to upkeep the highest quality stay for our guests and ensure a clean, safe, and peaceful stay for all our guests.

    For the added safety and peace of mind:
    - A doorbell camera and one exterior camera monitor the outside only. These cameras are positioned to ensure they do not face into the interior of the home, preserving your privacy. There are NO indoor cameras.
    - A smart home device monitors noise decibel levels and detects smoke from cigarettes, marijuana, or vape pens. This device does NOT record audio or video.

    PLEASE DO NOT CONSIDER THIS LISTING IF YOU ARE HOSTING A PARTY OR EVENT. OUR HOME HAS OUTDOOR CAMERAS & NOISE MONITORS: DISRUPTIVE NOISE LEVELS/MUSIC AT ANY TIME OF THE DAY GRAVELY JEOPARDIZE OUR FRIENDLY NEIGHBORHOOD & RELATIONSHIPS & WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. GUEST WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY. WE KINDLY APPRECIATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING.
    Other things to note
    • The unit is located in a secure, professionally managed building that does not have an elevator; 3 flights of stairs are required to reach the unit
    • No parties, events, or smoking/vaping of any kind are permitted
    • 1 parking space is available. Street parking directly in front of the building is free for up to 2 hours only. If needing additional overnight parking, message us for nearby options
    • You must be 25 years or older to book this home and a government issued ID will be required to confirm the reservation

    🔇 No loud noise or music past 9:00 PM. A neighbor complaint may result in cancellation of the remainder of your stay without a refund
    🚫 No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette stays. Violation may lead to immediate cancellation without refund and a minimum fine of $1,000 will be imposed if evidence is detected
    🔊 To maintain a peaceful environment for neighbors, the property is equipped with a Minut home sensor. This device monitors noise decibel levels but doesn`t record audio or video, ensuring your privacy
    ⚡ Ensure all appliances (hair curlers, laptop chargers, etc.) are unplugged before leaving
    ⚠️ Avoid using high-wattage appliances in the same outlet to prevent overloading the circuit
    🔥 Turn off the stove, oven, and A/C when not in use
    🌡️ Do not set the A/C below 67°F. This may damage the unit
    👞 No shoes inside the property
    🚭 No smoking/vaping of any kind inside & outside of our property. A minimum fine of $1,000 applies if evidence is found, such as covering, moving, or unplugging of smoke detectors
    📦 No mail/packages delivered to the property. Please use a nearby shipping locker
    📺 Do not unplug electronics (TVs, lamps, fireplace, Wi-Fi, etc.)
    🛋️ No moving or rearranging furniture
    🚮 Please do not loiter outside the building to respect our quiet and peaceful neighborhood
    🔒 Any locked doors are locked for privacy purposes. Forcing a door open will result in a minimum fine of $1,000
    🚪 Disclaimer: If the front door is left unlocked or jammed for an extended period, it will trigger a security alert to protect our property and notify us. You will also receive a notification. We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to your belongings under any circumstances
    📸 Our cleaners photograph every room both before and after they clean. If anything looks less than hotel-fresh on arrival, please let us know
    🚫 We are not responsible for any parking tickets or violations
    👥 No extra/overnight guests beyond what`s stated on your reservation.

Great communication with owners, VERY clean and great that everyone had their own bathrooms. Exactly as pictured but better and surprisingly quiet for the location. I would definitely stay again but one should be aware that there are at a minimum 60 steps to reach the apartment, so pack light because there is also a washer and dryer and the kitchen is so well stocked. Very nice for getting our family together for our son’s graduation.

As this is a newly remodeled property everything was spotless. Totally outfitted kitchen with everything you might need to cook with. Great coffee maker & tea kettle as well! The wine chiller was a treat which you don't find in many kitchens. The beds were all super comfortable with very nice sheets. Good restaurant choices within walking distance and a local bakery just down the street.
