This is a wonderful place to stay. The furniture, bedding, bathrooms, sitting areas are very comfortable— even nicer than the pictures! Lot’s of light — both natural light through windows and bright lighting in all the rooms. The hosts are easy to reach and very welcoming and responsive. The location is great too. Near nice cafes, restaurants and T-stop. Strongly recommend.

The host was very accessible and helpful.The property is spacious, the bedding and beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The location is ideal to restaurants and stores. We can’t wait to return to the property. 5 stars aren’t enough!

My daughters and i had the most wonderful experience staying while moving my oldest into college. Stav was an excellent host, very helpful and accommodating. The apartment was beautiful and extremely comfortable. We will definitely book this place again!

Perfect suburban Boston property

This property has everything you need. Convenience to local restaurants, public transportation, and short driving distances to downtown Boston.The host was very helpful and communicated everything that was needed. Would definitely go back.

This apartment is spacious, comfortable, updated nicely & very clean. It is in a convenient location- right by a train station that also had rental bikes. Would definitely stay again!

Great Stay

We enjoyed a nice long weekend in Newton Highlands. The apartment was very comfortable, the host was very attentive and the location was great. There is a fun Irish pub and a delicious bakery across the street and the T station for trips into Boston is very close. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic all around

What a beautiful place to stay. Very clean and spacious, lots of welcoming touches which made us feel at home. Very convenient since it is right next to T stop and coffee shop. We highly recommend for your stay in Boston.

Wonderful Stay in Newton Highlands

Says was very responsive and accommodating. He recommended some local restaurants and attractions, we took him up on a couple and they were great. The apartment was very clean and well stocked with towels dishes and a few games/toys for the kids.

Favorite when visiting Boston College

4th or 5th time staying here while visiting our son at BC. Great space, always clean and great location with nice restaurant options. Always our first choice when planning our visits!

Great stay

Staying here was a lovely retreat for our family. Easy access to Boston via car or metro just next door (a bit of non- bothersome train noise at apartment. Everything you need to cook for the family in the well stocked kitchen. Whole Foods close by. Local shops and restaurants across the street. Owner is personable and responsive- would highly recommend.

Manager was awesome, helpful and punctual. Nicest VRBO i've ever stayed in for the marathon. Location was fantastic. Very nice neighborhood and all the conveniences we could ask for.

Family Trip to Boston

This was a great stay and location in Newtown with good restaurant and coffee shop options in walking distance. The place was exceptionally clean and right next to the Green Line T station. Stas was a great communicator and offered tips and suggestions for the local area.

This property was fabulous and it was as advertised Stas met us as we got there took us around the property. Told us places close by to visit. Another positive it is about 60 yards from the train station going to Boston The best way give a rating is going back to.Boston we will stay here again.

Perfect for Boston College visit

Third time staying in this apartment… our favorite spot when visiting our son at Boston College. Brought my in-laws this time and they loved the space, location and everything in the area. Very clean, well equipped and perfect for two couples or a family. We will definitely be back again!

Consistently high standards

This was our second stay and there most definitely be a third, fourth, and fifth. Stas has the highest standards for hospitality, cleanliness, and creating a sense of home.
