We recommend this condo. We stayed in it after my daughter had surgery at Massachusetts General Brigham Hospital which is a short walk -approximately 8 minutes. The owner/property manager was very kind to let us check in early. When we booked the property, we were not aware that it is inside the same building as TD garden/professional sports venue (consider adding this to your advertisement as it could be a draw). So we were very excited to see a Celtics game the night before the surgery. you literally don’t even have to leave the building. Just walk out the lobby “back door“ down the hall and you are in the TD Garden lobby. There is also a McDonald’s there. The condo is also adjacent to restaurants, movie theater, a pharmacy and a grocery store. The condo is decorated in a simple modern style, which we like, and spacious and clean. The mattresses are memory foam, which is not our favorite, but notable if you like those (we get hot on them). There was a disposal issue while we were there, but it was fixed quickly by the buildings’ handyman who was very nice. It’s an elevator building and you need to be handy with your swipe card in/around. The unit utilizes a key fob for entry and you need to download the app. We did not use the parking. My only “complaint“ about the condo is the couch. It’s one of those couches that comes apart in pieces - kind of like jenga - and is not terribly comfortable because it’s low to the ground and the back of the sofa is deep.
