Communication was fabulous! Very accommodating! If you are looking for a perfect home, this is not it. If you are looking for the feel of home, clean, with all you need for cooking, comfortable furniture & beds, room to relax, hosting a dinner or family gathering then this is most definitely the place you want to choose. Other reviews mention the dogs on site, they are in a secluded area and the only time I saw them was when the caregiver has them out for walk. The home does NOT smell like animals like someone else mentioned. The home is clean & tidy. The kitchen is full of appliances & cookware! Outside is nice sitting area with a really nice fire pit. There are cornhole boards outside for use as well. Both front & back deck areas have plenty of seating. There are bbq grills available as well. A few imperfections, but isn't that expected anywhere? What were they? The outside deck is dangerous with uneven and loose boards making a trip hazard that 2 of our group tripped and almost fell on. There is no outside light to see where you are going on the front side which also caused a bit of a walking hazard, The dogs do potty in areas and with the darkness people can't see the "pile" and wind up with poo on their shoe! The flooring is a bit uneven in the home and we couldn't get the fireplace to light. These are minor in my opinion and the gracious host and all the comfort the home offers are what is important to me. I'd stay here again, without hesitation.
