Stunning duplex, great view, pool, direct access to the ski slopes

  • Sorprender por este espacioso dúplex de lujo de 120 m ² con capacidad para 10 personas, en el último piso de un edificio tranquilo en las pistas. Disfrutar de la gran piscina climatizada de la residencia, relajarse en la sauna y baño de vapor después de un día de esquí en las pistas de Paradiski, una de las mejores estaciones de esquí de Europa. Disfrutar de la puesta de sol sobre un buen fuego.

    El apartamento está situado en la residencia Roselend Arcs 1800, a 5 minutos a pie de todas las actividades (a 100 metros del FSE, y 200 metros del centro de la ciudad). El establecimiento está bien situado con acceso directo a las pistas, para las salidas y llegadas de las pistas. Cerca de golf, tenis y escalada de árboles para las vacaciones de verano.

    Ideal para reunirse con familiares o amigos, el apartamento cuenta con una amplia sala de estar, con una cocina equipada (lavavajillas, horno, microondas, frigorífico, congelador, placa vitrocerámica, Nespresso, aparato a raspador, rejilla pan), un amplio comedor y un salón con una gran chimenea (leña incluida).

    La terraza ofrece una vista impresionante de la puesta del sol y el Mont Blanc.

    Consta de 5 habitaciones separadas (10 camas), de los cuales 3 con baño, 2 cuartos de baño con bañera y WC 3, y un área de descanso en el entresuelo. También tiene un cuarto de lavado (lavadora - secadora).

    El apartamento está equipado con una gran pantalla plana curva de TV ultra alta definición con reproductor de DVD, una caja con acceso wifi, estación de Iphone Bower & Wilkins, una consola de juegos de PS4 con algunos juegos y juegos empresa para relajarse por la tarde.

    El apartamento fue completamente renovado en octubre de 2016 un decorador para una sensación más contemporánea, manteniendo el espíritu de la montaña. Fue clasificado 4 estrellas y 4 cristales amueblados Paradiski en 2017.

    El apartamento también cuenta con 2 garajes y 2 armarios de esquí con calefacción.

Lovely apartment very close to Les Arcs 1800. The view from the balcony is incredible and the play station and coffee machine great additions!

Beautiful apartment Lots of space Lovely spa area A bit hard to carry shopping up the hill but had young fit lads to do that! The skiers had a great time I was chalet maid and loved my little walks around the villages and trips up in the lifts

Just perfect !

Appartement confortable et très bien décoré avec une vue superbe. Le plus : l'apéritif sur la terrasse devant le soleil couchant, après avoir profité de la piscine et d'une belle journée de ski. Propriétaire très réactif. Nous reviendrons !

Apartment was very well equipped and suited our two families for our week skiing. We really appreciated the hamper left by the owners and excellent communication pre and during our stay. Made use of the pool and sauna area which was very nice. It is a ski in / out apartment though suited to better skiers, i think beginners would find it tricky skiing back to the apartment. Have left a 4 star review as the apartment was renovated a while ago and probably not quite as luxurious as it once was. Also worth noting that two of the bedrooms are in the eaves which can be problematic if you are a tall family like mine!

Excellent séjour dans ce bel appartement

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet appartement qui est superbe et correspondait parfaitement à ce que nous recherchions. Nous avons par ailleurs beaucoup apprécié la qualité des équipements, le fait que les lits soient fait à l'arrivée, le grand espace de vie et la vue magnifique. Nous reviendrons très certainement prochainement! Bonne continuation.

Séjour merveilleux

L’appartement est très cosy avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes! Rien ne manque, on se sent tout de suite comme chez soi : la cuisine très bien équipée, la literie très confortable et il y a plusieurs salles de bain. La vue est à couper le souffle ! Nos enfants ont apprécié la piscine de la résidence et la localisation est top ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une station très animée. Nous recommandons cette location.

Really nice apartment

We stayed here as two families, both with young children. Everyone enjoyed the apartment and it’s size. Very useful to have the swimming pool to keep the smallest people entertained. Very handy to have two allocated undercover parking spaces, meant we didn’t have to dig out our cars. We would all definitely return.

Les Arcs Jan 2020

Just got back from a brilliant week in Les Arcs 1800. This apartment is brilliant, more space than you could ever need, ski in/ski out for people of all ski abilities. 5 min walk from 1800 centre (make sure to get Dahu lift back up to avoid the hill). Sebastien is brilliant with communication and the management company GSI were fantastic, even lettin is in the apartment early when we arrived in resort 3 hours early. I highly recommend this accommodation.

We had a lovely stay at this chalet — it’s comfortable, well-located, and perfect for a group ski getaway. The living spaces were great for relaxing together and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming.The only downsides for us were in the shared areas. The “oven” turned out to be a microwave/oven/grill combo, which worked fine for small meals but wasn’t really ideal when cooking for nine people. It made preparing larger dinners a bit tricky and time-consuming. Also, the sofa could have been bigger for the number of guests — there wasn’t quite enough seating for everyone to relax together comfortably.That said, we still really enjoyed our time here and would recommend the chalet, especially for smaller groups or those not planning to do much cooking. With a full-size oven and more seating, this place would be pretty much perfect.

Beautiful apartment - great holiday

This is a beautiful apartment in a great location. It is well equipped and was very clean. The bathrobes included for all guests was a really nice touch. The views are spectacular and very easy access to the slopes - we were able to ski in/ski out during our week - although this may be trickier towards the end of the season when there is less snow. It is only a short walk down the hill to the shops/bars/restaurants in Charvet. The swimming pool was a real bonus, the children in our party loved being able to relax and swim after a day skiing. The hosts, Helene and Sebastien, were very responsive both with queries about the resort before we arrived, and during our stay. I would definitely stay again if we return to Les Arcs.

Awesome

The apartment is fabulous, spacious for 10, modern, high quality and the balcony and its view are to die for. The pool, sauna n steam are an added bonus as are the bath robes n fluffy towels. Sébastien was super quick to answer and it was all very much worth the extra couple of hundred pounds that this apartment cost. We went mountain biking in the summer and the trails are ace but the resort has so much else to offer. Will come back!

Nice place to stay with an awesome view

Overal a nice place to stay and to enjoy, however, the spaces on the photo's looked better and larger than real. The second floor is pretty cramped, not really suited for people above 1m80.

Super appartement !

Appartement très confortable avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes! Rien ne manque, aussi on se sent tout de suite comme chez soi : cuisine très bien équipée, literie très confortable, plusieurs salles de bain...etc. Nos adolescents ont apprécié la piscine de la résidence. Nous tenons à remercier le personnel à l'accueil du Roseland toujours très agréable et disponible pour répondre à nos questions. En résumé séjour positif dans une station très animée. April Spring Skiing

We drove from the Uk to stay in early April and was very impressed with the apartment, everything you need for a wonderful stay. Plenty of space and easy access to the slopes, views are stunning so much so we stayed in most nights to make use of the fantastic balcony and enjoy warm spring sun. Kids loved the Spar and Pool and made use of it most evenings, communication with Sebastien was excellent and he responded to any questions we had promptly . Would highly recommend this apartment and was perfect for two families. Location was perfect for access to the vast ski areas that you would probably need 2 weeks to fully explore. Highly recommend this appartment.
