“Room is generally clean and check in was quick. not sure why is a credit card/ deposit required. Also, was given a room right next to a junction/ roundabout and it was noisy!”

“No beach view, but that didn't matter. Apartment was nestled a little back from the beach. I would guess the complex was built about 15 to 20 years ago, but facilities are maintained to a high standard. Room quality was very good, and the place impeccably clean. The pool was larger/deeper than expected and nicely refreshing. And the adjoining spa was invigorating. Check-in/out was very straightforward. Would I go back - Yes”

“Didn't use the pool. The room didn't match the photos on internet. There were no inside table and chairs. The 2-seater couch was very uncomfortable - we were told it was all architect designed. We would NOT go back there again. Two fold up camping stools are NOT furniture for a suite, don't think an architect would have specified them. NOT GOOD NOT HAPPY”

“Our room did not look anything like the photos on their website. False advertising to get you in. NO ONE is ever at reception. There is a number to ring and you get someone with screaming children in the back ground who are very hard to understand. You have to go to the motel next door to check in and out, and that reception is only manned after 2pm. Our toilet was leaking onto the floor - it felt like we had paid money to stay in a dirty public toilet. We asked for two beds and they had...

“Very close to main shopping area. Easy parking. The building is old, looks like 70s decor in the room. Big room, great space. There's a seating area outside the room, very nice setup. But there was a very strong smell in my room, like wet carpet. Had to have the fan on constantly and open doors and windows when possible but it didn't go away.”

Upon collecting the keys, I walked into reception and was immediately met with a strong curry odor, which was quite unpleasant. “Overall a very nice and clean property ….obviously at a hefty price. Check in experience was very poor as we arrived on Sunday just before 5pm and had no communications from reception about accessing our property keys….so it all started with uncertainty. Not a pleasant start. And then one of the main cooking gas stove burner wasn’t functional so also the light/plug systems in the master bedroom. No one expects a poorly maintained appliances to deal with when one books a luxury stay. ”
