Seaside Cottage with panoramic sea views.

  • Una de las dos cabañas Coastguard bellamente renovadas se completó en julio de 2017 con un alto nivel. Situado a tiro de piedra de Southbourne Beach con vistas panorámicas al mar desde todas las habitaciones.

    Cada cabaña tiene 2 habitaciones dobles. 1 dormitorio tiene una cama king size o dos camas individuales, impresionantes vistas al mar y al jardín y baño con ducha.

    El segundo dormitorio está en el segundo piso con cama doble y vistas panorámicas impresionantes desde Old Harry Rocks hasta The Needles & Isle of Wright.

    También hay un baño familiar con ducha fija.

    En la planta baja hay una gran sala de estar de planta abierta, con un gran sofá cama, comedor para 6 y cocina totalmente integrada con lavavajillas, nevera / congelador, horno / vitrocerámica, microondas y tostadora. También hay un área de servicios públicos con lavadora / secadora.

    El frente de la propiedad tiene jardines bellamente diseñados que ahora están completamente cerrados, cubiertas con asientos y estacionamiento fuera de la carretera. La parte trasera de la cabaña tiene otra área cubierta que atrapa el sol de la tarde, junto con el área de barbacoa, el almacenamiento de bicicletas, etc.

    Las cabañas están a pocos pasos de Hengistbury Head, con su centro de visitantes y su tren terrestre a Mudeford Spit, un día encantador para la familia. La histórica Christchurch está muy cerca con su antiguo priorato, el castillo, los paseos por el río, el muelle con el parque Quamps Splash para los más pequeños (gratis), paseos en barco y ferry y una gran cantidad de restaurantes, bares y tiendas.

    Southbourne se encuentra a pocos pasos de tiendas, supermercados, restaurantes y bares. También tenemos The New Forest a 10 minutos con sus hermosos pueblos, pubs del condado, New Forest Ponis y burros salvajes.

    Bournemouth Town Centre se encuentra a 10 minutos en coche.

Perfect location

If you want a beach location, you can’t beat this lovely little terraced cottage just a stone’s throw from lovely Southbourne beach. The kitchen is really well stocked, beds and sofa were comfy and the BBQ and hot tub were very welcome additions after a day at the beach! Would recommend and would stay again.

By the sea

Lovely cosy cottage. Two minutes walk to gorgeous dog friendly sandy beach. Helpful owner. Quiet area. An enjoyable stay, we will certainly book again.

Great location close to beaches. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, true to the pictures on the website. Good choice of tv and films on the rainy day! Overall a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday. Highly recommended.

Coastguard Cottage

A super little cottage I a great location. Well appointed and tastefully decorated. We love the walking and proximity to laces of interest. We will return.

Great Location

This was a nice retreat away from the hustle and bustle of London. Great layout and excellent location to town and beach. Damian was great to work with and had very prompt communication. My only recommendation is the couch is a little uncomfortable but other than that I would highly recommend! Cheers!

Superb!

A lovely holiday cottage in a great location. Couldn’t fault it - very clean, tastefully decorated, comfy bed, everything you could possibly need was included. The garden was ideal for the dog and, with the beach literally across the road and wonderful Hengistbury Head a 10 minute walk away, it was a Godsend. Damian was very quick to respond to any questions prior to our arrival - check in was simple and wine and delicious local biscuits in the kitchen as a welcome gift. We didn’t want to leave!

Short family break

The property was lovely. Perfect base for us. Owners were really responsive and super friendly. House was clean and exactly as advertised. New fence in the garden was a welcome addition! Kitchen had everything we needed.Only small thing that let it down is that the sofa and rug really need a good shampoo/clean. The smell of wet dog is over powering, even for a dog owner!

Lovely cottage, great location

Lovely cosy cottage, well equipped and comfortable, great for dogs too with enclosed garden and yards from the beach. Only minor gripe is that more care could have been taken with cleaning. Many cobwebs upstairs and too much evidence of the previous visitors who clearly had a very hairy white dog!

Charming cottage in perfect location

Lovely cottage. Beautifully clean with very nice linens. Owner was super helpful during booking process. I brought two dogs so proximity to beach was wonderful and secure garden made things very easy. Thiroughly enjoyed our stay. Lesley

Great cottage in a great location

The cottage is immaculate and is very close to the sea. We could see the sea from the first and second floor and loved going to sleep listening to the waves lapping at the shore. Damian was very responsive and answered any questions we had and recommended some great dog friendly places to eat at. Would thoroughly recommend and looking forward to going back at some point

Great beach location

The property was clean with lovely decor - loved all the little ornaments, it was a nice touch. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was enough space for all of us plus our little dog. The loft bedroom was a little warm but it was fine once we opened a window. The garden was nice to sit in too.

Great location, high quality residence

Location and quality of the property perfect, booking and communication process totally smooth. Quick access to terrific beach walks so ideal for dogs. A quiet neighbourhood so good for relaxing humans! Bistro on the Beach within two minutes , great for snacks, coffees etc. Shops for provisions within 5 minutes. Will definitely return. Great value!

Short Break

A welcome short break with my dogs. Lovely location and secure garden for dogs. Plenty of local walking and dog friendly beaches. Welcome bottle of wine and biscuits. A bottle of milk would also have been welcome especially as tea and coffee were provided. Bed very comfortable with lovely sea views from the bedrooms.

Southbourne Stay

We enjoyed a fantastic week staying at this wonderful cottage. It had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The location was perfect, being minutes from the beach and with plenty of places to visit nearby. Many thanks to the hosts.

Perfect Summer Staycation

Lovely well equipped cottage With great outdoor space . Close to beaches and lovely walks. The owner was very helpful although we had everything needed. Recommend for a family or couples stay and we would be happy to return. Prefect.

EXCELLENT !

This property is EXACTLY as described , with sea views from both bedrooms. All very clean , + good , powerful showers etc. Five minutes walk to the beach, and good shops nearby.
