All pool level rooms and areas have direct and easy access to the pool and the garden.

The upper level accommodates a large master bedroom with king-size bed and super anatomic foam mattress with an En-suite bathroom with and a great veranda with unobstructed and amazing view of the sea and the Cretan land. Quietness and Privacy is what we offer in the master bedroom.

In the down-level floor with a different entrance from the other villa there is a grand and luxury third Suite bedroom offering isolation and privacy from the other guests with separate access to the pool and the garden making it ideal for couples. The Suite room is Luxury decorated, has a King size bed, a working space and an En-suite bathroom with Cabinet shower Jet tub.

✔ Welcome service. We will wait for you at the villa for the check-in whenever you arrive. A briefing and a map of the region will be given to you explaining where to go and what to see, depending on your preferences.
✔ A welcome pack. Upon arrival some basic goods await you in the villa.
✔ All expenses and taxes of the Villa for the stay time are included in price.
✔ Heated pool is offered for the months April, May and October. The charge of the pool is included in the booking price.
✔ Free Wi-Fi, electricity, hot water, air-conditioning cooling or heating.
✔ Cleaning service is offered every three to four days.
✔ Linen change. Bed sheets and bath towels are changed on cleaning day with new and fresh.
✔ Early check-in and late check-out possible upon request and subject to availability.
✔ No pets allowed
✔ Smoking permitted only outdoor spaces
✔ Upon arrival at the villa, we will ask you to present a copy of your passport and fill in the guest form.
