Justin was super helpful and responsive. This space is very clean and nice. We have a son living in east Nash so this was perfect for us location wise. I took one star off due to the noise in the building and surrounding area. This wouldn’t be ideal for a family with young kids that need to sleep or nap. We were up early and gone for most of the days so it was not a problem for us. Other than that this was a lovely place to stay.

One of my friends found this place online, and the second we saw the photos, we knew it was the one for our girls’ getaway to Nashville. From the moment we arrived, it was exactly as pictured, extremely clean, modern, and well put together. The Nashville themed décor was the perfect touch and really set the vibe for the weekend.My favorite detail was the personalized letter board when we walked in that said, “Welcome Jessica and friends.” Such a cute, thoughtful touch that you don’t see often with rentals. Communication with the host, Justin, was excellent. He was super responsive, shared everything we needed ahead of time, and made check in seamless so we were ready to go as soon as we arrived.The location was also incredibly convenient and close to all the spots we wanted to hit, including Broadway of course. Having a dedicated parking spot was a huge bonus too! Our only minor note is that the beds were extremely firm. Not a dealbreaker at all, but it was something each of us noticed.Overall, we would absolutely recommend this place for your next Nashville trip. I am pretty picky when it comes to hotels and Vrbos, and this one truly checked every box and did not disappoint.

This was my 2nd time staying at this property. It's located less than 5 minutes from my daughter's home, and everything about the property is perfect for me. In addition, communication with the property owner has been outstanding, and this time we had 2 very minor issues, including a normal appliance glitch. The owner responded immediately, and took care of them. I will stay here every visit to Nashville!

Nice Getaway

We loved the space and the area. The train and cars riding by late at night were a tad bit annoying but other than that we had an amazing time. The rooftop was a nice touch as well.

Beautiful Apartment

The apartment was cute, spacious, & very clean! All essential information needed from the host was communicated timely, and in an easy-to-use fashion. The apartment is located in a nice area with a Kroger, Dominos, & Wing Stop in walking distance. An easy drive to anywhere in the city, and The Donut Distillery just down the road! The beds and linens were comfortable, but the noise from the street and the train were quite loud at night, which was no issue for a deep sleeper (like me), but not be ideal for a light sleeper (like my husband).

Great location

We were in Nashville for Cheer Comp and the proximity of the property to downtown was excellent. It was super clean with easy check-in and check-out. The elevator was a plus making luggage trips up and down easy!

Very nice and clean apartment me and a coworker stayed for business. Very cozy parking is a little tight for my 2500 but I fit. There is several places to eat across the street as well as the biggest liquor store I have ever seen.

Wonderful Place!!

This condo was so cute and so clean! We didn’t do any cooking in the kitchen during our stay but it was fully equipped with appliances and dishes if you need to. The couch was super comfy and the condo itself was very cozy. We had about a 10 minute uber to Broadway - so not too bad and got to avoid a lot of the downtown noise.

Nashville Weekend

The condo is absolutely beautiful and the host was wonderful. We were welcomed with a very nice sign. The place was clean. However the windows are paper thin. The condo is next to a busy highway and literally next to a train track that is used often. The beds and pillows are hard as rocks. I often stay in busy NYC and Chicago at hotels next to the train and am used to city living. The ear plugs supplied did not work (bring your own noise canceling headphones if you want to sleep) and no instructions on the white noise machines. not even sure where they were. While it was easy to get to and from downtown we chose to stay outside of the city to avoid the noise.

Nashville Lights

We loved the condo loved the host. Our family went to Nashville for our youngest daughters 21st and it did not disappoint Amenities were great. Had a little trouble with Wi-Fi but I’m sure host will be on it for future guests. Close enough to downtown and airport for cheap uber/lyft ride and market/food shops across the street. It’s urban so street noise a factor but noise machines available but we were so tired pretty much slept through it all. Loved how new and modern it was and decor is darling. Felt right at home. Beds/pillows/couch super comfy. Definitely recommend staying here over downtown. Nice to be out of the downtown element on days you want to do other things outside Nashville. Recommend Franklin for the day. Thank you Nashville Lights Condo!!!

Perfect weekend getaway!

We love Nashville, but love a house that is a few minutes from Broadway. With a 10 minute drive from downtown and all your local places. House was clean, stocked with towels, tv, WiFi and even some games. Definitely a re book for next trip!
