This spacious retreat has been thoughtfully designed with luxury and comfort in mind. Each bedroom has its own private en-suite bathroom, giving every guest the space and independence to unwind in peace, perfect for extended families or groups of friends traveling together.
3 King beds and 2 Queen beds, all outfitted with plush bedding.

As its name suggests, U House Pacific features a unique U-shaped floor plan that centers around the outdoor living area. This layout fosters togetherness in the common areas while offering privacy in the sleeping quarters.

This property is a peaceful retreat ideal for get-togethers and not a party destination. Please note that loud music, parties, or any gatherings exceeding the permitted number of guests are not allowed, out of respect for our neighbors and the tranquil setting.
This area has so many wonderful things to experience and explore, imagine enjoying a captivating sunset while returning from an incredible one-day tour to a white sand beach to your luxurious villa filled with the aroma of a culinary treat being prepared for you by our exceptional Chef, a cocktail by the pool while dinner is set. (Chef is not included in the nighly rental fee, this is a separate charge)

Please note: The road to the house is steep and winding — a 4x4 vehicle is required, and we strongly recommend booking our shuttle service from the airport in advance. Uber is not available in this area.
Despite its secluded location, it is conveniently situated just 90 minutes away from the airport and a short 35-minute drive from Herradura's Auto Mercado, a well-stocked grocery store.
To make the most of your stay at U House Pacific, we highly recommend renting a vehicle or utilizing our trusted transportation services. Having your own means of transportation will allow you to explore the surrounding area at your leisure and fully embrace the wonders of this breathtaking location
Please be advised that the speed limit within the community is set at 10 mph, as the roads are steep and curvy.
If you decide to hire the transportation service please be advised that booking should be done well in advance to ensure availability.
Other details to Note:
- Our pool gets serviced every Wednesday morning.
- Please be aware of ongoing construction in the neighborhood. Noise and view obstruction may occur.

- We will send you the code to our lockbox the day before your arrival. We will be available to guests via phone or message, to assist in any needs that may arise.
- Check-in time is at 3 pm and check-out time is at 11 am. Early check-ins or late check-outs cannot be accommodated.
- Sometimes, due to external issues that are out of our control, there may be a power cut or the internet/ cable TV can lose signal for a certain amount of time. It is not common, but it can happen. If this does happen during your stay we will not issue a refund.
