but 15 minutes from all shops in the cities of Uzès and Alès (equal distance).
Small local shops 5 minutes by car.
Essential vehicle, necessary vehicle.
Near Pont du Gard, Avignon, Nîmes, Arles, Cévennes, Anduze.
Sea 1 hour drive.

Ideal for 1 or 2 couples, 1 or 2 children and 1 or 2 babies.
There is enough space inside and outside to share it!

On the ground floor:
1 bedroom with 1 140cm bed, fresh, North
Living room (33m2), bay window and a window
Bathroom (12m2), a window and a French window opening onto the terrace
Kitchen (15m2), French window onto the terrace
Bathroom with shower, separate WC, Entrance hall.
(A room (office) is not accessible to tenants)

Upstairs, air conditioned:
2 bedrooms.
In one, 1 160cm bed and 1 adjoining bathroom with bathtub and WC.
In the other 2 separate 90 cm beds (children).

Outside:
Large paved terrace (35m2) shaded by Provence reeds, and surrounded by plants, facing south.
BBQ / plancha
Large privatized gravel courtyard, with ping pong table and pétanque possible.
Aperitif corner in the shade of the hackberry tree, and hammock within nap range ...

25 or 30 m from the house, above-ground swimming pool 4.6m X 1.2m secured by removable ladder (it is up to you to remove it when you leave the pool), with wooden terrace, sunbathing (2) coffee table and parasol.

Many outdoor activities possible, or idleness (hammock and pétanque balls provided!)
2 adult hybrid bikes available (a bit old-school, I admit, but in good condition!) for walks on the many surrounding trails.
Baby equipment (travel cot, booster seat, baby bath) available on request, free of charge.

We accept animals (but wish to be warned of their presence) however be careful, the house is not fenced ...
We live nearby, (I maintain the pool and am available if necessary) but completely independent (no vis-à-vis, opposite access from vehicles)
So the possibility of meeting us is a choice, not an obligation!
We are present when you arrive, to welcome you and present the premises to you.

If additional people (to the number provided in the rental) came to visit you and sleep on site, you must notify us beforehand, and pay a flat rate of € 25 per person per night.

We prefer rentals over 2 weeks (price reduction)
Rentals are from Saturday 4 p.m. (arrival) to Saturday 10 a.m. (departure)
