Very much older property and it shows. Renovations have been done but cheaply. The carpet in the room had mud stains. The bathroom faucet would shoot out water from the sides of handle if you turned it to much. The tv only had about 15 channels cause the rest were locked and was told management only pays for a few channels. The breakfast is terrible. The hot water had to run for at least 15-20 mins to be hot. There was a few positive things… room size, had microwave and nice size mini fridge, and bed w As clean and soft with many pillows. Stay here if it’s a budget thing but if you want a nice stay go somewhere else

There was hardly any breakfast food- only yogurt, waffles, apples. It was the worst breakfast i have ever seem at a hotel. Definetely overpriced as i paid 186 for this motel with a 2nd floor room and no elevator.

Even though we arrived close to midnight, the staff was cheerful pleasant and welcoming. Our room was recently redecorated, clean and very comfortable. Definitely a five star hotel at a very reasonable price.

WORST HOTEL WE’VE EVER STAYED AT. I dont usually leave bad reviews as I like to help small businesses but this hotel needs new management. The rooms and property are filthy and feel like a crime scene. Old dilapidated rooms. No hot water in shower at night the whole stay. Only 3 channels on the TV... No one came to clean room, change sheets, towels the whole stay despite repeatedly asking. Toilet paper ran out and they didn’t bring more as they said they only worked mornings. They never even came to our room. Barely anyone was staying in the hotel. No clean towels. There were other poroblems with room but you get the idea how bad it was. I was then locked out of room at night as card stopped working and their was no one to provide a new card. A sign was left on counter that they were helping a guest with their room which was false. I walked around property looking for someone for ages, came back and repeatedly hit the bell. Then the Indian owner finally came out of office where he had been asleep…. And then after leaving the hotel he decided to charge our card for nights we weren’t even there, not the agreed upon rate, plus a $25 fee for leaving at 11:05am. Check out is 11am. We've disputed it all with bank. There are some great hotels in Glasgow. We chose this because it was cheaper. You get what you pay for. Steer clear of this one. There was no refund so couldnt leave. Horrible experience

Room was alright. Appears the guests are placed in one section close together. Could hear other guests coming and going at all hours of the day/night. Several guests smoking outside their rooms. Constant lingering odor of cigarette and pot in the air making our rooms smell as well.

Our first room had a door that had been kicked in and wouldnt lock. We didnt discover that until midnight. There was also an inch wide gap on the door that let in 20° air all night. First thing in the morning, we were given a new room that still had the old soap wrappers on the bathroom foor. And Im willing to bet that it has been a tear since someone swept behind the bathroom door. Stale (hard to the touch) muffins for breakfast. At least we got spend the money and stay elsewhere. This place is DISGUSTING. They also try to scam uou by charging an additional $1.50 for having a safe in the room. two towels in this room.

The room was very moist when you walked in. The comforters felt damp, it smelled like mildew, and the bathroom was dark and damp. I asked for another room and was told none were available due to having pets. We slept on top of the comforters and checked out as early as possible. A few days later I received a charge on my card for an undisclosed pet deposit. In the amount of $65. I called and explained I had paid their pet deposit. I was told I’d need to email the manager and they would respond via email within 30 days. The clerk also told me good luck with it, they had never seen the manager give a refund. So I didn’t even bother. I had just moved into town and could not take on one more thing to try and keep up with. I’ve just made sure everyone that has come to visit does not stay there. I’ll never be back.

Exterior door into room had a 1 inch gap at the bottom. Once we turned the heater on, an awful rodent smell filled the room. The bed covering had big stains on it. We tried switching rooms. Second room had a gap under exterior door snd very foul smell as well. We did not stay in this hotel, but still payed for a night’s stay. We went across town to a different hotel for the night. If I could give negative stars I would. Very disgusting place. Utterly awful.

Room was clean. The bed was very comfortable especially for a budget hotel. The parking and area are safe. The only concern we had was relatively minor - the TV had very limited channels, and several of them were scratchy while we were trying to relax before bed. Otherwise everything else great

Check in staff was wonderful. She was very friendly and that’s a plus in customer service. However, the room I stayed in wasn’t all the best. The shower curtain had mold growing on the bottom of it, the bed wasn’t very comfortable and the hot water didn’t seem to work. There were some stains on the floor in the room and the sheets and cover had some sort of burnt orange/ rust stain on them.

The check in was good. The woman attendant was very friendly and helpful. The room was ok but the facilities in general were not kept up. There was masking tape peeling off around the walls in the hall upstairs; very sloppy looking. At check out the young woman would not give me a receipt that showed the price charged and zero balance. Instead it showed zero charged and zero balance; pretty much useless. She said it was because I made the reservation on-line (through Expedia), and could only get a useful receipt from Expedia. Every other hotel I've stayed at this trip gave me a paper receipt showing the full amount charged. When I said that to the lady she didn't even reply.
