Sadly, did not take advantage of the hot tub. Room is clean, with fairly recent furnishings. Very nice, comfortable. Breakfast wa pretty lean, though.

When we checked in at 4 we had to wait another 45 minutes because our room was still getting cleaned. Thankful the check in guy was very apologetic and kind, he definitely deserves 5 stars. The breakfast was small nothing hot unless you like the waffle maker.

Clean room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable which I am always worried about especially since I forgot my own pillow that I usually bring when traveling. The property overall was clean.

The room and hotel were clean, the staff very helpful, the bed very comfortable. My only negative comment is that the breakfast assortment was sparse. Choices included waffles, yogurt, two cereals, and apples. Beverages included coffee, tea, milk and apple juice - the orange juice was out of order. A few more options would be better!

The hotel was clean, safe, and staff was polite. We had a hot tub room, which was great after being on our feet all day. This was a great place to stay for the weekend, we would definitely go back. Our only complaints: the shower's water pressure and breakfast. The shower had terrible water pressure (tub was fine), it was hard to get rinsed off. Breakfast was minimal, which was no big deal, we expected it from the reviews (waffles, cereal, apples, yogurt, milk, juice, coffee). Our issue was, all of the butter and coffee creamer was expired.

Breakfast could use some improvement. Very scarce and no variety. No toast, bagels, english muffins or patries. They have waffles, apples, yogurt, cereal, everyday. That's it. We were there for 5 days and breakfast is only from 6-9am. Missed it 3 days. The hotel could probably get better ratings with small effort.

We enjoyed our stay. Lovely hotel. Didn’t go to breakfast or use the pool like we had planned. We were too tired from our excursions but the room was clean and well stocked and the bed was comfy. On our second day our keys didn’t work. We had to go to the front desk. She reactivated them and we were on our way. Not a big deal but we had bags. Other than that perfect stay.

We were on the 3rd floor woke up in the morning to find the elevator was not working, had to walk down 3 flight of stairs to go the front desk, and asked if she knew the elevator was not working, and she said oh yeah they said it was, I said why are there no signs, and she looked at me like I was talking a different language, and then I said that so that means I have to walk down all the stairs with my luggage, she did not apologize, or say she was sorry for the inconvenience, nothing !!! rude rude rude, the food was even worst !! DO NOT STAY HERE

Breakfast was weak-waffles, cereal, yogurt, apples. No protein--no eggs, no sausage/bacon. Pool very small and 2 boys age 10-12 w/o adult rough-housing and running, and went to alert staff, but had long line of guests checking in so I let her be.

Sleep inn and suites is a wonderful hotel… Very clean, very new, or at least it looks very new… The staff was wonderful, kind knowledgeable gave tips somewhere to eat, the room is clean as can be… Just a wonderful overall experience.

Very bad breakfast. No toasts, no bagels, only wafles. No eggs, no warm food. Hot water only. Breakfast until 9:30 am - too early, we could not sleep longer. In general, the price-quality relation is bad. If I paid $100 per night, it would be ok. But i paid $130 - I expected much better service but in reality the service fits a cheaper hotel.

This hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were also surprisingly spacious, and there was plenty of well-lit parking, which made coming and going feel safe and convenient. It’s definitely not a luxury property, but it worked for what we needed — a comfortable place to shower and sleep after long days of outdoor activities. The biggest downside was the room A/C unit. It was extremely loud, and there didn’t seem to be a way to turn off the constant fan setting. It made it difficult to hear the TV and, at times, hard to sleep. The TVs themselves were also very small and felt pretty outdated. One other thing to note: the hallways had a strong musty/vinegar-like odor. Thankfully the rooms themselves were clean and odor-free, but the hallway smell was noticeable throughout our stay. Overall, a good option if you’re mainly looking for a basic, clean place to stay and don’t plan to spend much time in the hotel itself.
