“Lovely hotel, very clean, friendly staff. Room was a bit dark due to full blinds and once open neighbouring properties could see in. Also they didn’t provide much in terms of keeping the light out when trying to sleep. Everything else great ”

“Lake nice. Rooms like any Ibis but too expensive. Small swimming pool we didn't use it. And paying extra for amenities and Internet it's just a terrible idea. Why don't they just ad 15 pounds to the price of the room and don't act like a low cost airline. The resort is not low cost. Brilliant lake view from the Lodge. Ugly restaurant and bar. The machines doesn't work they keep your money and lady in reception couldn't help. It's not a 4 stars hotel! ITS NOT LAKE...

“We want to have a night away from home. The Hotel was beautiful in the coastal road and looked impressive. Old style with lots of charm and character. The room was lovely and looked out across the bay. Lovely and clean and a bathroom that had a bath with a shower. Elmis shower wash and hair products.
