    Chateau Bowral is NOT available for wedding ceremonies, receptions or parties. We welcome bookings for wedding accommodation and pre‑wedding photography. Pricing is based on accommodation for up to 12 guests, with any additional day visitors declared and quoted at the time of booking. No additional guests are permitted to stay overnight at the property.

    If the property is booked at the last minute and the beds have already been made up after the previous stay, we regret that we are unable to unmake and remake them to different configurations, and beds will be presented as per the website description text.

    Property has attached garage. Guests have access to the garage. As the garage is attached to the house, it is required to have heat sensors and smoke alarms wired to the house's smoke alarm system. Regardless of garage access, for your own safety, you must act and report if alarms are activated.

    The property has a security camera located at the front door.

    Pets are NOT permitted at this property.

    Property is fully fenced. Please note this is farm fencing and there are livestock in the paddocks. Please do not go into the gated areas around the property or feed the animals.

    WiFi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge, issues will be dealt with Asap but cannot be guaranteed.

    Enough wood will be supplied for the low combustion wood heater for the first two nights. After that, guests can purchase top-up wood and kindling from local petrol stations, hardware stores and some supermarkets at their own cost.
