This is our 4th Fall staying on the Lake Gaston area, and this has by far been our favorite location and property. From the views of the lake to the amenities of the house, we would definitely stay here again. The host communicated very well, and was very professional. I appreciated his attention to detail, and how organized he had everything in his home.

I spent my birthday weekend here and it was awesome. Everything was super clean! We probably spent the most time out on the dock. So relaxing, we saw a few shooting stars at night!

Hot tub was excellent. Great view while in tub. Clean, relaxing and made my back feel better. House was clean and enjoyable. Fishing from dock was best I have ever experienced. Many catfish over 30 inches, some over 20 pounds. Pike, large and small mouth bass, etc. We will definitely be back. Quiet and private.
Just one of many. We left them all to grow up.

Wonderful property, well equipped, nicely maintained. We really enjoyed the views and lake access, kayaks were a nice addition. Relaxing in the pool and hot tub with the beautiful views was a highlight! Couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing getaway.

We booked this property last minute for a family getaway. The home was clean, well organized and had lots of amenities like a swim spa, hot tub, and kayaks. The master bed was super comfortable. The owner was super responsive and helpful.

Perfect week at the lake

My family had an incredible week at Lake Gaston. The views from inside the house are amazing, and it is just a short walk down to the private dock. We all enjoyed swimming and kayaking in and around the cove, and the hot tub was a great way to end the day. The communication with the host was excellent, we would definitely stay here again on our next trip to the lake.

Beautiful weekend

What can I say to capture how great this property is? All the pictures do not do justice to how amazing the views are. The home is lovely and so comfortable and laid out perfectly. We fished off the dock all weekend and when I tell you we caught some of the biggest crappie, it exceeded all expectations. We didn’t use the hot tub, swim spa or kayaks, but that will have to happen at a later date. Could not be happier with our stay and ready to come back.

Wonderful lake home

Owner has done a fantastic job with this home. It’s everything you need. Nice open windows, great views, nice new kitchen, upgraded appliances, comfortable beds. Owner was very communicative during our stay. We rented a boat and utilized dock. Highly recommend.

Excellent lake house!

This lake house is excellent, and we'll be so glad to stay here again in the future! The listing information and photos are accurate - although it really is much more beautiful in person than in the photos. This was the cleanest property that we have ever been too, and there are nice little touches like labels on the light switches and cabinets so that we could settle in much more quickly. The property manager was responsive. We didn't encounter any problems, but he answered a couple of questions quickly and helpfully. The views are stunning, and the house feels very remote (being on the corner of the lake) while still being nestled in a cute neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Given that we visited in the "off season," we were pleasantly surprised at how well-tended the yard and outdoor spaces were. We are already planning a trip back in the summer, and this has become the house that we'll go to whenever we want nearby lake vibes. Really great, overall, we couldn't have been happier :)

Weekend Getaway

Communication with the host was timely and easy. The house was very nice and clean. The renovations make the house feel like home. The views of the lake were amazing. Enjoyed how well maintained the outdoor areas and furniture were. We caught so many fish from the dock and the area was great for kayaking. We will be back again!
