The house is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The backyard was stunning. Questions that I had ahead of time were answered promplty. We had one small issue while we were there with a coffee pot, and a brand new one was delivered within a couple of hours. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and serving food. We had 8 women sharing the 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It worked out perfectly. We will absolutely choose to stay here again!!

Brampton Park was very attentive, reaching out to me several times in the months leading up to our stay. We have stayed in the area multiple times over the last 5 years and our family agreed that this property and its amenities were the best. There were six of us staying in the house and there was plenty of room and privacy. We had 4 family members over for visits and meals and it was never crowded. The heated pool was great, we fished from the dock and the lighting, landscaping and ambiance of the location were resort-like. Loved having the outdoor pingpong table and TV. I can't say enough good things about this property and we would definitely stay there again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay when we came to celebrate a family anniversary. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the house was spacious for all of us. We were able host our whole family for a pool party, barbecue, ping pong tournament.

The property and property manager Becci excellent with the exception of two King Size mattresses where the feet of the mattress frames were all broken. This caused the mattresses to concave/ dip towards the middle. Family members staying in these rooms had two uncomfortable sleepless nights. Problem resolved after the feet were replaced with 2”x4” for support.

Perfect and spacious, with amazing pool!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family gathering. Spacious and comfortable, there are basically two master bedrooms that open up onto the pool patio. There are desks in a couple rooms, making it easy for people who need to work remotely or study. One master bedroom has a large walk-in closet. Beds are very comfortable, lots of pillows. The lower bunks are pretty close to the ground. Air conditioning was excellent, with multiple thermostats. The pool was very warm, truly like bath water, so we spent hours in it every day. It has a light that changes colors at night, which the kids loved. There were some pool noodles and things that other guests have left. The patio is heavenly.The fire pit was great, perfect for s‘mores.The kitchen was very well stocked with cookware & dinnerware. (There is even a Kitchenaid mixer!). Plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, laundry soap, and garbage bags for our stay. Bring your own coffee and filters. Lots of laundry hampers, spacious closets, and hangers. In addition to ping pong, there is foosball in the garage and a basketball hoop in the driveway. Games in the family room cabinets, and smart TVs. A pretty sizable library of books to choose from. Couches are very comfortable.The back yard felt very private. There was a little construction going on across the canal, but we only heard it for a day or two and it looks like it’s almost done. We are really going to miss this house and would definitely return!

Family friendly and lovely outdoor space

Terrific house and ground for all 10 of us, ages 3 to 69. We cooked in most days and nights. And enjoyed the close proximity to Delray, beaches, Pop Stroke golf and more. We spent most of our time in the pool and sitting by the canal.

The property was clean, beautiful, and in a quiet yet convenient location. The lagoon in the backyard offered stunning sunset views. The management company was exceptional—super helpful and communicative. They even went above and beyond to return my daughter’s forgotten phone and AirPods. Highly recommend this property!

Lovely property

The house is spacious, super clean and well appointed. Our family spent Christmas week and really enjoyed the pool and ping pong table as well as the various outdoor sitting areas, the comfortable couch and tv area and the long dining table was perfect ! We cooked every meal in the kitchen. Loved the extra two beverage refrigerators! Absolutely recommend and hope to stay again someday.

Great and Relaxing stay

The house was very spacious for our group of 7 (4 adults, 1 teen, 2 kids). We all had our own area and bathroom. The house was tidy and the pool was great. The only slight issue was the grill knobs on their outdoor Weber, they did not work properly so our one time use of the outdoor grill for lunch (hamburgers and hotdogs) was a little difficult; nonetheless the grill still worked and added to our overall enjoyment of the outdoor area and heated pool. Ultimately the house was a great stay and made the visit to west palm beach area that much more enjoyable knowing that while sight seeing we would return to a very nice accommodation. We all highly recommend this location.

Great family acommadations

The house is huge with lots of space for a large family. Large kitchen was nice for meal prep and very well stocked. Beds were comfortable. The back yard and pool area were great to hang out and the pool was a perfect temperature. We spent a lot of family time there swimming and playing games. Lots of pool toys and beach chairs were provided. We would definitely book this home again.

Lovely long weekend

The house was ready early and check out was late, which added so much extra time to our stay! The kitchen is huge and well stocked with cutting boards and pots and pans. The backyard is so relaxing - we watched sports and played games outside, even when it rained one day (it's partially covered). We used the garage gym for yoga and weight lifting on the rainy day, and played card games at the huge dining table that fits 12! We were there for the Delray tennis tournament, which was only an 8 minute drive from the house. It is centrally located so that it feels quiet but is very close to everything (beach, grocery store, shopping). If I ever had such a large group again, we would rent this home for sure!

Great family holiday!

Wonderful property which just added to a great early Christmas with several generations of family! Home was clean and inviting with plenty of room for everyone. Outdoor space was where we speoa lot of time, around the pool or on the "dock"... And can't say enough about the property management which was responsive and a pleasure to deal with!
