Bob’s Beach House cottage bungalow, Just walk Steps To The Beach!

  • Beach House Amenities: 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms Maximum guests 6. Queen sized bed (sleeps two) in master bedroom with its own private bathroom. The guest bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size on the bottom (sleeps two) and single bed on the top (sleeps one ). The guest bathroom has a bathtub. Also there is a comfortable sofa in the living area. There is a laptop desk area for remote work place, includes Wi-Fi Internet.

    We take pride in having the cleanest cottage in town. All tile floors, all white linens. Our cleaning service thoroughly cleans and disinfects all surfaces and linens after each occupancy.

    The cottage is stocked with pots and pans, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas etc. Two Flat screen TV's with cable and internet access Wi-Fi.

    The back patio area is great outdoor dinning and relaxing after a day at the Beach. Also there is gas BBQ grill and hammock on the patio. Private and Relaxing! Don’t forget the outdoor shower.

    Just walk steps to the beach and nextstore to famous Surf Shop and Sea Side deli. Cottage is located east of A1A no major roads to cross to get to the beach. The beach is about 300 yards away it would take you less than two minutes to walk.

    Activities and Attractions: Snorkeling, Surfing, Windsurfing, paddle board rentals at surf shop and Kite Surfing, Sailing, Kayaking and Canoeing, Ocean Sports, Beach, Reefs, Power Boating Rentals, Water Skiing, Quiet Bars and Pubs, Live Music Bars, Restaurants, Pier and Shoreline Fishing, Deep Sea Fishing, Skateboarding, Spa - Massages, Site Seeing, Water Park, Theme Park, Museums and Zoo.

It is a WONDERFUL place older fla neighborhood, (in a really good way) with everything you need to enjoy a really nice and quiet beach.

The property is ultra clean. Well equip kitchen and accessories for a day at the beach. The location is in a very quiet neighborhood and very close to good restaurant.

Great place

Clean and comfortable, lots of extras (Tommy Bahama beach chairs, several boogie boards and flotation boards, well stocked with towels, paper goods). Very nice uncrowded beach. Very well maintained property.

Palm Beach Vacation

An amazing experience. A beautiful beach down the path, a convenience store next door, an electric recliner in front of a giant screen tv. The cabin is decorated in a nautical theme and has everything, even suggestions of places to visit and excellent restaurants to eat at. We loved it - simply perfect.

Amazing place and great location!

Such a cute and well appointed cabin. It was clean and literally had everything you could possibly want to take to the beach! The beach was literally a direct shot from the back door. Thank you so much we loved our stay!!!

A1 Host great location

We had a great time here, the cottage is as advertised. Amazing location, BEACH - A-1 Host! WiFi worked for remote jobs. Really tall people maybe uncomfortable- but husband is is 6’ 1”, and we are looking forward to coming back!

Very nice 40th Birthday vacay!

My family had a great stay at Bobs Cottage! Location was perfect, right next door to a surf shop that had a great selection of items for the beach and beyond. Close enough to the beach to where you can walk back and forth many times throughout the day no problem. We watched sunrise a couple times as well. The little surfboard and boogie boards were great and the outdoor shower was a game changer.

Another great visit

We try to get down to this spot once a year. It has that old Florida feel and it is truly a gem. Bob is an excellent VRBO host - very attentive and responds quickly. The surrounding neighborhood is cute and the locals are relaxed and friendly. There are nearby amenities (grocery store, restaurants, etc.) and lots of museums and natural areas to visit, in addition to being walking distance from Gulfstream Park.

Bob was an excellent property owner! Great details in listing, fantastic communication before and during the stay. Bob made sure we were happy and got us what we needed. The beach house was smaller than we thought. And was located in an odd location. But it was close to the beach.

Wonderful “home away from home”

We love staying at the “yellow house.” It has that relaxed, old Florida feel and is just steps to the beach. Everyone in the neighborhood is very friendly and the area is beautiful. There is a deli and surf shop next to the property so you can take care of your daily needs without having to drive anywhere. It’s definitely a place to just relax, grill, hang out at the beach, and spend some time reconnecting with family and friends. If you are the adventurous type, the surf shop next door offers lessons for any age.

Great as always

This was my 3rd year at Bob's Beach Cottage. Outside table and chairs and other furniture upgraded since last year. It's nice that Bob continues to invest in and improve the place. With this location not much is needed. I appreciate all the beach gear and enjoyed the chairs to sit on the beach several times. I was able to work from the covered patio with easy stroll to the ocean or intracoastal. Enjoyed grilling. Used washer/ dryer for hosting various friends during the stay; all worked good. Looking forward to next year already.

Quaint Bungalo

Great beachside bungalo that is spot on as stated. Very clean, parking is a little tight on the property but still easily able to maneuver a 7 passenger SUV in n out. Depending on how you’re getting there, do follow Bobs directions once on A1A as GPS maps miss the turn. Bob is accommodating and responds quickly. Would highly recommend!

Perfect!

This cottage was perfect for me and my Family. Bob is a great host. Beds are comfortable. bathrooms clean and they had lots of things we forgot...Thank you! The location could not be better! If you like beach days...this is the place! everything you need is there including the cart to load up and take with you. Couch reclines and is perfect for a nap! Tv is perfect! Met some neighbors who spoke very highly of Bob...This is really a special place! Large Surfing community in the neighborhood...if you surf...this is a Honey Hole with Nomad right next door...Perfect! Could not have been better!

Perfect beach cottage

This house was only 3 minutes walk to the beach and Bob provided all necessities (brand new chairs, umbrella, wagon, beach toys etc.). Beach was not crowded at all -- so private. The snorkeling was epic! We also visited Phil Foster Park. Bring your goggles/life jackets/vests if you snorkel. There was no dishwasher so we had to clean all the dishes but there were plenty of pans and dishes we could use. My family had such a wonderful time. Can’t wait to go back!

4 stars only because of parking and showers too small

The stay was great. However, I feel like with the showers being as small as they are that I was slightly mislead as to what we were booking. Access to the property was extremely tight with a full size truck and at times the alley way is blocked. Small cars are just fine though and have no problems getting through. The location of the property is great and the property itself was well decorated and had everything we needed asides from the tiny showers.
