We absolutely loved the back of the house pool area and the table and chairs. We (4) enjoyed our morning coffee under the extended patio covering. This property did not warrant the cost. Although the kitchen has been updated, the fridge was clean, but the entire house had not been professionally cleaned in some time. All cabinets and doors throughout had dirt on them. Microwave light and fan didn't work. There were no dressers, hangers or place to put clothes.The second bedroom had plastic drapes and cheap sheets, Big Lots quilt.We had to contend with a crib in the second bedroom. A broken faucet in hall bath. The tub had all of the owners children's half used soaps and shampoo. Nothing provided except a bottle of soft soap at sink.Towels were their old towels with bleach stains. The vent in that bathroom had not been cleaned for some time. Nothing had been moved when cleaned.1 Broken lamp in the living room. Sofa and rug had not been vacuumed before we came. Grill did not work, chipped dished and very few adult glasses 5 short and 2 tall.Broken blinds.There was dirt and toys under the furniture. Vacuum was so full I couldn't open it. No instructions about trash pickup, TV or the pool. Recycling was overflowing outside. Very disappointed. Not serious about being a respected property. IT felt as though the owner changed the sheets and left for the afternoon. Would never recommend this property

Great place for families with kids - especially if grandparents tagging along! Ellen, the property manager, is fantastic - always quick to respond! Quiet neighborhood - short drive to beach or Delray! This was our 2nd stay here - and we will likely be back

We are a family of 4 with kids aged 10 and 13 who visited for 9 nights over winter break. We very much enjoyed this property. Highlights include:- Pool and hot tub area - resort-like and kids spent a ton of time in the water- Kitchen - updated and well stocked - Overall size and layout - plenty of room to spread out- Bathrooms - updated with all the needed space and functionality.We did feel like there was some opportunity for improvement for. This feedback is based on other VRBOs we have stayed at:- Professionalism and communication - this house would benefit greatly with a binder onsite or a pdf sent in advance with details about the house, where things were located, how to use the pool heater, check-out instructions, how to use tvs, good places nearby to get coffee, food, nearest beaches, etc. When we arrived, the code to the door didn’t work, it took some time to chase down the owner/property manager to eventually get in. Also, we weren’t texted checkout instructions until the day before we left. - Cleanliness and organization. The beds were made and the towels were clean when we arrived, but the house felt lived in when we arrived. Some surfaces were not clean, there were random items in the fridge, and the closets contained a random collection of toys. In - [ ] In addition, the laundry room had random clothing hung and outside there was some broken toys tucked in corners on the lawn. We think the house could use professional cleaning and organization.

Wonderful Vacation

The listing and pictures of the house are accurate. It is a very private house with a wonderful heated pool and spa. All rooms have sliding doors that lead to the large gated pool patio. There were sufficient chairs outside with a large shaded area as well as a large sunny area. We are older people and thought there should be a railing in the entrance of the pool. We loved the location since the purpose of the trip was to reconnect with old friends. It is close it the highway, but also so easy to maneuver on the local roads. It definitely felt like a home away from home.

Perfect rental for the little ones!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! This place was stocked with everything you'd need for traveling with a 1 year old...crib, highchair, toys, floatie, etc. The shallow area of the pool with umbrella was PERFECT for our grandson to enjoy the water in the shade. The hot tub was the best one we'd ever had at a rental....large enough to comfortably fit 5 adults and super powerful jets .

Family friendly perfection

Our family of two grandparents, two parents, and two kids enjoyed staying at this rental over the spring. Boynton Beach is a quiet suburb of Palm Beach with wonderful amenities. It’s close to the airport and Roger Dean Stadium. Everyone loved spending time in the backyard catching sun while taking dips in the pool and hot tub. We appreciated the fully functional and well equipped kitchen. Would recommend!

Great Relaxing Stay for two weeks!

Property was well maintained and comfortable for our two couples. Did not use the third bedroom which had two sets of bunkbeds for kids. The neighborhood was close to I-95 but was quiet and convenient to grocery & other shopping. Less than 10 minutes to the beach. The pool, patio and hot tub were nice and a highlight of the property. Would definitely stay there again!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION

Spent 3 days here visting my wifes family, they stay in west palm beach, only 15 minuts away. Great beaches also 15 minutes away. Grocery stores and restaurants minutes away. ONLY blocks away from highway 95 ..easy of and easy on. YOU CAN NOT GO WRONG RENTING THIS PLACE! WE ALL LOVED IT!

Amazing!

The house was perfect for our family of 5. There were lots of extras in the house that were appreciated - things like fans, pool floats, laundry detergent. The pool is fantastic! Very easy check in and out process. Would stay there again!

Florida Vacation

The house, especially the backyard were as represented. We took full advantage of the pool, hot tub and backyard seating. The outdoor chair coverings could use a good cleaning. The interior of the house was comfortable and met our needs. The house is in a convenient location for all the area has to offer. It would help to have an instruction sheet with renters expectations and, perhaps, of highlights in the area.

Perfect week!

We had a great stay here for the whole week! The house had everything we needed (toys, pool toys, beach toys and chairs) and the pool and hot tub was awesome. Everything was a short drive away. Definitely will stay again!!

Great Family Stay!

We loved this place! Pretty much exactly as shown! Property Mgr. (Ellen) was amazing - responsive and very helpful! The kid-proof fence around the pool was a game-changer with a rambunctious 2.5 yr. old! We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely Amazing!!!

This property, owner, and property manager are absolutely amazing. Home is outstanding and equipped with everything you need, just as the pictures show!!! The highlight is the pool and hot tub and outdoor patio, simply stunning, well maintained, and pool and lawn are taken care of every week. Property manager is fantastic, checks in on a regular basis to see how your stay is going. We'll be back for sure a definite 5+ rating all around!!!

Perfect get away

My family flew in from Pennsylvania and North Dakota for an over due reunion and this was the absolute perfect place for us! There was everything we needed from pool toys to indoor toys. The pool was crystal clear and the entire property was very clean! We had the best time and will not hesitate to stay here again!
