This property is in fair condition with some soft spots in the flooring. Furniture is not completely comfortable. The living area is not big enough if you have more than 3 people. We were visiting for a sporting event on the MSU campus, so the location was good for walking even. Kitchen was well stocked. Storage space, especially in the bedrooms, is used more for cleaners' convenience and there is no space to "unpack" and lay out clothes in drawers and feel at home. Closets had 3 extra-large bins for clean and still-packaged linens, but no place to place guest items. Property is next to a fraternity house which had a party while we were there and ambulance and about 4 cop cars needed to visit for about an hour at 11pm one night. Property manager neglected to tell us that the roof was being replaced during our stay and hammering and workers on lifts were a constant. When we inquired about the time/length of work, we were told they would only work between 9am-3pm, but they work went on starting before 8am at times and after 9pm at night at times. Work as daily during our 5-day stay. Although communication was good by manager, there was no empathy or real attempt to be transparent about how the roof work affected our stay or ability to relax or sleep. Will not be returning.
