🏡 Welcome to Loft Trevisan, an elegant retreat in the historic heart of Bra.
Perfect for couples, solo travelers, or wine lovers, the loft is just a short walk from the train station and the main square, ideally located for exploring the Langhe and Roero regions.
Here you can savor culinary delights, admire unique landscapes, and relax in a quiet, well-kept setting.

The Space
🛌 A recently renovated, independent apartment of approximately 55 square meters, located on the first floor of a building with an elevator.

Upon entering, you’ll find a youthful and lively atmosphere. The charming entryway opens onto the living area, which is very bright thanks to the striking floor-to-ceiling window overlooking a small balcony—perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or sipping a glass of wine at sunset. This area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, and a relaxation area featuring a small bookshelf, a TV, and a comfortable sofa that converts into a queen-size bed.
Also on the lower level is the bathroom with a shower, bidet, and washing machine, and you’ll find some personal care products available (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap)

A convenient staircase leads to the upper loft level, where you’ll find the double bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and a dedicated workspace.

We provide a full set of linens.
Guest Access
🚪 The apartment is private and independent, with full access. For your convenience, you can drive into the courtyard to load and unload your luggage, and park for free in the marked spaces. If you prefer, you can use the private garage at no additional cost.

- Flexible check-in, to be arranged a few days in advance.
- Pets are welcome (please let us know in advance!).
- Upon check-out, we reserve the right to inspect the apartment after giving prior notice.
