  • Located in Brackley Beach, PEI, this cottage is 15 minutes from Charlottetown, PEI's capital. A spacious 3 Bedroom, 2 bath cottage that includes laundry and a large living area. The property has a beautiful water view and is located on the North Shore, just seconds away from Brackley Beach National Park( free entry to the park). There are many attractions and activities close by including beaches, golf courses, walking/biking trails, deep sea fishing, and numerous restaurants featuring delicious PEI culinary cuisine.

Beautiful cottage, beautiful setting, amazing host! Two thumbs way up for this little slice of island paradise! Our family of 5 had access to everything we were hoping for and more! Would highly recommend a stay at this PEI gem!

House, location and views are wonderful. House well stocked, owners responsive. Would stay there again! Go to the Blue Mussel for lunch or dinner - excellent!

Perfection! The cottage was the perfect place for our family to explore and get lost in the beauty of the island! Julie and Steven were great hosts and the communication was great. There was nothing that we needed because everything was perfect. It was clean and that view!!!! Would stay here again if we come back to the island!

Une très belle et grande maison, lumineuse, cosy et bien équipée, où tout est conçu pour le confort des voyageurs, très bien située sur l'ile, avec une vue magnifique et reposante.Julie est une hôtesse réactive dans la communication et à l'écoute, elle s'est montrée très soucieuse de notre bien-être (petites attentions, conseils,...)En conclusion, un séjour de rêve sur l'Ile du Prince Edouard, et le cottage de Brackley Beach y a beaucoup contribué : nous aurions aimé y rester plus longtemps !!!

Our first trip to PEI, and we were fortunate enough to spend a wonderful few days at the Coastal Blue cottage. Julie and Steven have a beautiful place, clean, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and cozy living room to relax and watch a movie. The weather wasn’t on our side for this trip, but we were able to have a campfire one night which was so nice! National Park was easy to access, and beautiful. Thank you again Julie and Steven, we loved it. I will hopefully be back next year for a girls trip and would love to stay here again!

We couldn't have been happier with our stay: the house was clean, light-filled, beautifully furnished, and well-equipped; the setting was lovely; and Julie and Steven were super friendly and responsive. We'd love to stay there again!

This property presents itself as described.Great location in the center of the island. We were able to explore the entire island in the four days we were there.Highly recommended. Don’t miss the Oyster Co. only a half mile away.

Julie’s place is the perfect place to stay for a pei beach vacation. It’s so close to the beach and the property itself is so nice! I’ve already booked to stay again next year.

Perfect Location

This was our (three generations of women) first trip to PEI, and extremely happy that we stayed at Julie's cottage. The home was spotless, comfortable, and a great place to relax. Located 5 minutes from a beautiful beach.

Early spring in OEI

The house was spotless and cosy with a great view. Enough room for us to spread out after long days visiting the island. The location meant easy access to all the sights. We loved it and hope to be back someday.

What a beautiful cottage in a lovely corner of the world! We very much enjoyed our weeklong stay. The property was pristine, and Julie and Steven were exceptionally welcoming of our family. We look forward to another visit sometime in the future!
