An absolutely fantastic vacation from start to finish! Everything exceeded our expectations—the location was beautiful, accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was seamless and relaxing. We loved the little details that made the trip special, and it was the perfect balance of fun and downtime. Would highly recommend and would happily return!

The location of this property is excellent. Very short walking distance to both the beach and all the pier activities. The place was clean, the kitchen had all the necessary amenities for us to cook meals virtually every day. The view was awesome from the back and the porch had plenty of seating for us to enjoy watching wildlife and boats as they went through the intercostal. The pool was a huge success! We were there in January and it was chilly for Florida but the heated pool was set to a perfect temp. The beach supplies were very handy as well as the fishing poles. Nice set up! We used all the bedrooms and the pack n play. The pack n play was clean and worked well. Plenty of room for our family of 4 adults, 2 elementary age and one toddler. The owner was responsive and we did not find the overall “rules” of the property too overburdening. They seemed standard. He was responsive to my messages and helpful.Things to be aware of: We were upstairs 1. The inside of the property is not level nor are the steps going up to it from the ground. Typical for a renovated but original built property. It was no big deal but something to consider.2. The dock is awesome but not boat friendly. It stands way up off the water and there are no ladders or steps to go down to a boat.

We had a fantastic stay at this house! It was perfect for our family, offering ample space and comfort. The host was incredibly responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The dock and heated swimming pool were standout features that added so much enjoyment to our trip. Plus, the beach was just a short walk away, making it super convenient. We would definitely stay again.

My family enjoyed our stay at this location. All items advertised were available. It is centrally located on the island. It’s a quick walk to restaurants in town and to the beach. We had a wonderful time exploring the island, knowing we had a comfortable location to come back to each day.

The view is great but you need to know that you will he sharing all outdoor areas. This is not disclose in the details of the property. Pool is very small. If ypur neighbor has people there will jot be space for your family. Plus pool is on the window of the duplex so everyone will be seeing ypu at all times. We were 1 full day without AC because renter though we were just bothering and dismissed our concern. Very bad costumer service. I will not recommend. We left the house 2 days earlier. Nobody call or say anything just to make us feel better. I ve been staying with vrbo for long time. I have never experienced something like this. We left the house clean. All towels washed inclufing carpets. Just in case he dears to live me a bad review.

Great Location

The proximity to the beach (1short block) and access of the dock and jet ski lifts were the draw to this property. We rented the upstairs unit. The use of the pool is a little awkward since you’re sharing with downstairs, but nice to have. Property is a little cramped as a 3bdrm, but we managed. Small kitchen. Grill available. Master has no dresser or place to “unpack” except for shelves in closet. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the unit, so the space wasn’t too much of an issue. Lots of bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, chairs, wagon, beach toys free for use. It was nice to have beach towels at unit also.Overall, we’d stay here again if back in the area.

We had a great time. Property was everything we had hoped for, only small annoyance was the water pressure in the shower in the en suite bathroom was pretty low, but that was it. We loved the location, the dock and pool on the bay were awesome. It also helped tremendously that the family staying in the unit below us were incredibly kind, really enjoyed our interactions with them. Would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, nicely furnished and decorated, and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I especially enjoyed the sunrise over the bay each morning and sunset on the beach each evening. Both the bay and the beach were spectacular. I would definitely recommend it!

Great Vacation

The location of the house is unbeatable... short walk to the beach, dock right outside the house with gorgeous views and opportunities to kayak/paddleboard and fish. It sits a couple blocks away from Bridge Street historic district. BOOK THIS HOUSE!

I little Piece of Heaven on Earth

This property is a little quirky but that added to the charm. Being right on the bay with a very short walk to the beach made our trip very relaxing. We look forward to visiting again!

Perfect Location - Beautiful Sunrises

This was our first time to Anna Maria Island, and we didn't know when we booked how perfect the location was! It's right on the bay, only a few minutes to the beach, and a couple blocks from the shops and restaurants on Bridge Street. Don't bother with the trolley - it says it comes every 20 minutes, but it's more like every hour, and all the action is really right where you're at (at least since the hurricane). The home was nice and clean. The full wall of sliding glass doors overlooking the bay made for a beautiful way to wake up in the morning, and we enjoyed gorgeous sunrises while sipping on coffee. The beds were comfortable. While the downstairs patio/pool area was a shared space between us and downstairs, we felt a bit like we were invading their space. Plus the downstairs guests were smokers, so it made for an unpleasant place to hang out. We did have fun taking out the kayaks and paddleboards one day.You could tell the home was recently renovated, as most places were on the island since recovering from the hurricane. We had a lock issue one day and the owner was quick to have someone come over and fix it. The dishwasher had an error code when we tried to run it the morning we left, so we didn't get that working. The check-out list felt a bit excessive: stripping our own beds and doing the first load of laundry. We had an early flight so we were up at 4am doing this stuff.Overall we would go back for the view and location!

Fantastic location

Great place to stay in Bradenton Beach. Location is perfect to bay, beach, restaurants and shops as you can walk everywhere. Comfortable unit with gorgeous views from inside and outside. Love availability of pier, paddle boards and kayaks. Would definitely stay again!

Florida Bliss

This stay was amazing, even though the area was affected by a Hurricane a few months earlier. The owner's were great to stay in touch prior to the stay and several times during our stay. The property was better than expected, with location, cleanliness, and things to do around the area. Everyone had a great time, fished, watched the sunrise and sunsets, which are unmatched, and got plenty of R&R during the Soccer trip. We look forward to visiting again and using other properties during trips back to FLA and to other destinations. Really appreciated the attention to detail, especially the Christmas decorations as we left a cold and snowy Michigan, it still made it seem like the holidays!! Thank you!!
