Bradenton Beach Club 232 se encuentra en la isla Anna Maria. Este hermoso condominio de 2 habitaciones, 2 baños, más den se encuentra en la muy buscada comunidad de Bradenton Beach Club. Cuenta con acabados de calidad que incluyen gabinetes de madera, superficies de granito sólido, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y azulejos de calidad en las áreas de la sala de estar y baño. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen size y baño privado. El dormitorio de invitados tiene dos camas individuales con baño separado. El estudio tiene una litera para espacio adicional para dormir si es necesario. Hay una lavadora y secadora en el condominio y Wi-Fi gratis para uso de los huéspedes. El Bradenton Beach Club es un complejo único que se extiende desde la playa hasta la bahía. Tiene un acceso a la playa directamente al otro lado de la calle con sillones disponibles para su uso y hay un paseo marítimo junto a la bahía que lo lleva a un pabellón cubierto con vistas abiertas a la bahía. The pictures were a bit deceiving as there is no beach view at all from the property. The condo itself was very nice and a great place to stay. Upon coming in to Florida the google maps address took us to the wrong condos and we almost walked in someone's home. I ended up looking back at the listing photos and figuring out it was meant to be the building on the other side of the fence at the next property that we would be staying at. The kids loved the pool it was heated, clean, and never crowded. Overall a great place to stay.

Ein sehr schöner urlaub. Wohnung war sehr schön. Über die strasse zur beach in vier minuten. Der pool sehr schön. Die agentur antwortete prompt auf unsere anliegen.

Girls trip

Our 5th annual girls trip to AMI. We enjoyed the pool, beach, shopping and great dining. We made many great memories! Check in was easy, we loved the property. The only draw back was the floors were dirty and could use good cleaning. We will be back to the island next year!

Anna Marie Island vacation

The condo was nice. A couple of maintenance issues. Beds were uncomfortable .Some beach extras would have been nice. Probably wouldn’t stay there again if not for the price. Was given wrong lockbox code. Felt pressured to leave early

Luxury is a stretch

First the good. The weather was great. The location was good. The unit is tired, very tired. Examples: Upholstery is stained. The kitchen was sparse. The dish drying rack was rusty. The toilet bowl brush sat on the bathroom floor (disgusting) of the ensuite. Same bathroom, the towel bars were falling off the wall and two light bulbs were burned out. The Lani a screens were ripped. Won’t be back.

Small issues but overall great experience.

This was a great beach vacation! Easy access to the beach and very nice pool that was never very busy. Walking to bridge street was close and pleasant and it's an easy drive to the north side. I would definitly reccomend this place. The kids enjoyed it too! I want to start with the issues we had didn't cause for a poor overall experience but I do feel like they could be easily resolved for future guests. We received the wrong lockbox # in our welcome email. Luckily, we arrived early enough to call and text AMI in order to get the correct number. The rental was overall very clean except for the ensuite bathroom toilet. I texted pictures and they said they would send someone the following day to clean it but didn't mention we should leave the key in the lock box. So we missed having the cleaners come, AMI offered to have them come the following day, but by this point I had already cleaned the toilet. The parking pass was not available in the binder but AMI said we should be fine in the numbered spot in the parking garage. We had access to the beach lounge chairs mentioned in the listing the first day but every day after they were locked up. AMI texted that we probably weren't supposed to have access to them but I suspect that wasn't the case. Luckily we had brought other chairs with us that we could bring to the beach. We also had to text to get the code for the pool bathrooms. The internet went out a couple of days before we left. They sent out two technicians but they were unable to get it work again before we left. Overall, AMI was pleasant and quick to communicate.

Perfect size, location, and amenities

This place was great. It had everything inside and out. Kids loved the pool and easy walk across the street to the beach. Screened in deck a bonus. Plenty of room for all of us!

Great location & Property

This is a great condo to stay in for a family. Loads of room, well-appointed with necessary utensils, etc. 2-minute walk to the beautiful beach. The Property Management company was very responsive to questions. We were worried about gaining access to the property as we had a late-night check-in due to a delayed flight, but the check-in process as easy and had no issues

Great location

The unit was decorated very nicely. Loved the costal accents. The kitchen had everything we needed. There is a leaking ceiling in the master bedroom. The floors of the unit appeared to have not been cleaned well for sometime. Everything else seemed clean enough.

Family Vacation

First time bringing family to Gulf side of Florida. Never received a how to email after booking. Once I got to the property we had a hard time getting code to the lockbox to get into the room. Although it started of frustrating it ended good.

Relaxing, just what we needed

Vey nice and comfortable, close to the beach had everything we needed and more. We will definitely come back here again, very clean. Sunset on the beach was amazing, Thanks to all who made our stay on Bradenton Beach one of the best!

Family Vacation Perfection

This property was beautiful and extremely clean! Maybe the most cleanly place I have ever rented, which the germaphobe in me totally appreciates ;) We loved the screened-in porch and the separate bathrooms (a huge bonus for a family!). We had all the comforts of home, and great amenities, plus the ideal location. A serene slice of beach is just across the street. I loved the little special touches as well- from the beach toys, to the soaps, to the welcome gift. All such great touches that made this place stand apart from others. I highly recommend and truly hope to come back in the future!!

Spring Break

Great Condo. Comfortable beds and furnishings. The light on the lanai is broken and we reported it on the first and second day, but it was not repaired during our stay. Which meant we couldn’t enjoy the lanai at night for card games etc as it was too dark out there. Quiet location across the street from the private beach access, and a short stroll to the bayside cabana. Nice pool, but quite small for the size of the apartment complex. A short walk to Bridge Street to the main bars and restaurants. It was our first time vacationing at AMI and we would definitely return.

Perfect size for our family of 5

This was a great condo. Just a couple suggestions preventing me from 5 stars: the upper bunk needs to be repaired. It was fine for my 8 yr old, but I’d feel like it was unsafe for an older kid. Also, a beach cart would be really helpful. The beach was perfect, with nice calm waters for kids to enjoy! There was a nice selection of beach toys and plenty of beach towels. The kitchen was fully stocked and everything was clean. The in-unit washer and dryer was so helpful. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Overall condo is well appointed. I would recommend adding bar stools as that is where the family tends to eat breakfast so with only 2 stools my family of 6 had to eat in waves. Cookware was somewhat lacking with several items such as skillets needing obvious replacement. Minimal cooking utensils to stir in the non stick pans. Kitchen drawer with silverware was too heavy so tended to be hard to close with the track being weighted down - almost off the track when closing. Mattress were too hard in master and on bunk beds. My back would ache every morning. With the addition of the newer houses within the complex it has lost some of it's charm. If we returned we would certainly entertain staying in this condo again.

Perfect for a girls weekend getaway

Three of my girlfriends and I stayed here for a Mom's getaway weekend and it was just what we needed. The place was very clean, comfortable and neatly decorated. It is so easy to get to the beach just across the street. We loved having a pool and hot tub just outside for when it was raining. We enjoyed our morning tea out on the screened-in porch, relaxing in the living room and cooked a couple meals in the full kitchen. Kimberly was very responsive and helped point us to a spa and delicious restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful

Our stay at this condo was absolutely amazing. Kim, the property manager, was wonderful. We were greeted with a bottle of wine, very clean condo and everything that we needed for an amazing vacation. The pool was great, very close to the condo and the beach access was right across the street. The trolley stops were right out front of the complex as well which made for easy transportation on the island. Overall our stay was amazing and we would totally go back and stay again! Ashley & Tony

Great place in a great location

The property was beautiful. Better in person than in pictures. Clean and nicely decorated. Great location right across the street from the beach. Gorgeous sunsets every night. Kitchen had everything we needed for meals. Would highly recommend this place and we would love to come back. We loved the bottle of wine and chocolates Kimberly left us.

Great Location

A short walk to the beach, a pool a few steps away, close enough to walk to bridge street and activities. Our family had a great time. Anna Maria Island is wonderful. Look forward to many more family vacations.

Great island escape

We live nearby but had friends visiting so we decided to splurge on a beach condo. This is a clean, spacious condo unit that easily sleeps 6 and has a full kitchen that you should definitely make use of. Easy beach access puts you on some of the most magnificent sand you'll find. It's third floor, which we loved -- especially with the nice outdoor balcony -- but if hiking up and down the steps is too much there is an elevator. We managed to lock ourselves out, but even that potential disaster was easily corrected when the manager went out of her way to get us a spare key. Other family members have stayed in this unit as well and loved it.
