Fantastic Home ! Great Location!

We had a total of 14, including 2 under 2 and it was great! The complete package of dishes with two kitchens was just right for our big family. Nice views and was in walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants. Parking was a little tight, but definitely worth the money and stay! Thanks to the owners for sharing your beautiful home

Good Some issues: Faucet in upstairs kitchen is very loose - flapper in in- suite up stairs bathroom toilet does not seal. It leaks - in structions for hot tub, furnace not clear or available - upstairs dryer very noisy- squeaks loud Stay was fantastic though

Perfect little getaway!

We live in Florida and brought our boat right to the house. Boat ramp 2 miles down the road was super convenient. House is spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy our time there. We will be back!

Great Location!

We had a wonderful time! This home is clean, updated, has beautiful views of the ocean, the pool is south facing and private, and the home is about a 3 min walk to Bridge Street and a 5 min walk to the beach. I would definitely stay here again!

Fun Family Time

We had a great experience at this property; fit our 12 family members perfectly! Having the two kitchens was fantastic both for food prep and food storage. Nice pool and dock area.... unfortunately it was quite cold so we didn't get to use it as much as we had wanted too. We were very excited to see dolphins, almost daily!! Close to a lot of shops, restaurants, the beach.... Everything you need within walking distance.

Room for all

The house was nice for our large group. There were 14 of us and we had plenty of space. I wish they had a more detailed list in the property description of the small appliances that are available at the rental, so that I wouldn't have brought some things along. We were disappointed that they said the property included a ping pong table, it was nowhere to be found. I would never rent through VRBO again. Their fees cost us almost $650 added to the price of the rental. I would suggest going directly through the management company. Overall we loved the house.

Good space & location

Housekeeping was fair - attention to detail, rugs, porch furniture, were not clean. Bedding and indoor furniture were nice. Great pool deck and dock. Very responsive property managers - washer/dryers were in need of repair or did not work full time, 1/2 the units operated. Kitchens were nice, accoutrements were basic. View of the Bay was wonderful! Sunrises were wonderful. Overall our family had a great time!

Great family vacation

Very nice property with plenty of space, location was great also. We walked to restaurants on bridge street and to the beach. The 2 kitchens were very nice to have with different families staying on both levels. We had the best time! I highly recommend this property! We will be staying here again :)

Recharge

After a year since we last came to Bradenton Beach on vacation and the WHO announced the global pandemic. here we are one year later enjoying somewhat of a new normal. This place was a wonderful escape from all that’s been going on and helped us recharge for the future this house is our best experience yet. Amazing seaside wildlife. Sunrises and sunsets were fantastic

Perfect spot

Quiet marina on one side and thick vegetation between the houses offer great private spot. The water was fabulous, some of us swam off the pier and one morning we got a visit by a Manatee while we were floating in the water. Absolutely the highlight of our trip! House has everything you need, we could walk to the sandy beach, water front eateries and bars, any number of great restaurants and shops. The place is ideal if you don’t want to have to load up the car all the time, but still feel like your a little secluded.

Thanksgiving week 2019

Nice quiet location. Great dock for boat. The dryer upstairs didn’t work and the floors needed a deep cleaning but overall the house is very nice and we had everything we needed for a great vacation.

Great place for a family reunion

The accommodations were ideal for our family. Having two kitchens and lots of room to spread out was wonderful. The pool area is a great gathering spot. Access for the boat was really easy - boat ramp nearby and the dock is great.

Great location! Golf cart was key to getting around town easily. Rental agency was quick with response time but could have been a little better helping us with other rentals (golf cart, beach equipment).

Family Vacation

We had a large group of family that all stayed at this property while vacationing. Property is in a great secluded area. The pool was great, we had a great time fishing in the canal & had a great time at the beach as it is only a few blocks walk. The house is very large & accommodated all of us very well. We had a problem with the shower not having hot water but someone came and fixed it right away. It was nice there is a grill to cook outdoors. We also really enjoyed the screened in porch area on the upper floor of the house. Overall I would highly recommend this property.

The Bay Front Anna Maria Island

We had a great time. Walking distance from bats, restaurants and shops. We brought our boat and went to the sandbar, had a great time. The house was perfect, alittle sand on floors but no big deal. Management was very responsive to our needs or issues. Thank you!

The Bay House is Awesome

We had a fantastic time at the Bay House. Our party included me and my husband,ouradult kids and their spouses and 6 grandkids ranging from young adults to 3 months. The house was perfect for every age. We took full advantage of the things to do around us. The pool was perfect. The marina is just next door so we took an evening dolphin cruise, rented a golf cart and we found everything we needed to fish off the dock there The beach is a short walk from the house and you couldn’t ask for a nicer beach. Lots of great places to eat with easy walks in Bradenton beach Everything about our trip was great and we plan to stay at the Bay front house again next year. From booking to arrival to check out everything was perfect
