Whether you prefer brewing your coffee in the Keurig or the traditional coffee pot, you’ll love sipping your morning java in the small breakfast nook, framed by a stunning bay window. The adjacent living and informal dining room are bright and airy and decorated in a cozy coastal aesthetic. Completing the second floor of this Anna Maria Island vacation home is a screened balcony with dining and seating areas.



On the third floor, you’ll find plenty of space for the whole family. The primary bedroom offers a plush king-sized bed, the second bedroom has a pair of twin beds that can be converted to a king, and the third bedroom has a double bed with lofted twin bed, accommodating up to six guests. This three-story unit has a private elevator and no-threshold luxury shower, making this stay more accessible to those with limited mobility. The home is equipped with a smart lock for easy self check-in. Guests will have access to the full property, garage, and community pool.



The Neighborhood:

Situated in north Bradenton Beach on Anna Maria Island, this townhome is only only block from Cortez Beach, one of only three lifeguarded beaches on the island. Located just off of Gulf Drive, but tucked into a small enclave of luxury townhomes, this unit offers the perfect blend of quiet and convenience. Walk to top shops, restaurants, beach bars, and more.



Getting Around:

A car is not required as Anna Maria’s top attractions are all within walking distance. There is also a free trolley service with a stop close to the unit, and plenty of rideshare options. However, a car is recommended if you plan on traveling off the island to nearby Tampa, Sarasota, or St. Pete. The unit has a one-car garage and one additional parking spot. The garage door opener is out of service.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. as per local ordinance.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Guests must use their own accounts to access streaming platforms.
