  • Lynn and Nancy Vacation Rental is located just across from the Gulf of Mexico with world renowned beaches.

    Walking distance to historic Bridge Street and many quaint shops and restaurants to satisfy any pallet. Ideal for 2 people! It is small, but ideally located! Full kitchen!

    The free trolley runs every 20 minutes the length of Anna Maria Island.
    Pets are welcome with a fully refundable $200 pet fee, If you book with us again, we waive the fee.

    Barbeque grill, linens, towels, a fully-equipped kitchen and endless gulf views are supplied.

We couldn't have been more pleased and delighted with our stay at Lynn's place! It is the perfect place in the perfect location, and Lynn is an attentive and friendly host. The apartment is clean, well appointed and equipped, has a VERY comfortable bed mattress, and is just the right size, located in a very friendly, neighborly, and caring community of regular "snowbirds." AND it is literally right across the street from a beautiful public beach, as well as just a block away from a stop for the free trolley. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

We would definitely stay here again. It was clean and had everything we needed. The location is perfect! Just cross the street and your on the beach! Walking distance to restaurants and shops! We had a fabulous time! Would recommend this!

Great location!

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay here! Very clean and all the amenities you could need. Location is just steps from the beach and walking distance to most restaurants.

Check-in was easy. The host was great with suggestions for what to do before our late flight home. The house was perfect for two people. The view? Wow! Right across from the beach. One night we didn't even cross the street for the sunset, just stepped out our door and had an amazing view. Would definitely stay here again.

I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about this amazing rental! Communication with Lynn was a breeze and the location is perfect. The apartment was spotless with everything I needed in the kitchen. The bed is so comfortable- I slept like a log! There are beach chairs, beach towels and a beach bag/cooler. I also have to mention that the water pressure was to die for! I loved everything about this great rental and I plan on coming back next year!

So close to the beach!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay. The rental is small and quaint. It was the perfect size for the two of us. It is right across the street from the beach and a short walk to restaurants and bars.

The apartment was very clean and perfect for us two but the upstairs renters liked dragging their kitchen chairs across the floor on the tile!! Very noisy for us. Upstairs should probably have carpeting. Otherwise it would have been perfect. Thank you

Perfect Anniversary Trip

This was exactly what we were looking for. Low key, relaxing and not in a busy area. This met every check box for us and more. We look forward to many more sunrises and sunsets when we come back to this gem.

Location was great! Beach was beautiful! The host, Lynn was very friendly, and helpful with our early arrival. Would definitely stay there again, but I would look into staying in the A unit for more space, and view.

Honeymoon

We enjoyed our stay, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Place was very clean, organized, and many amenities were provided. Thank you for helping us have a memorable honeymoon. We will definitely be back for sure!

this unit is perfectly located for the two of us. You are steps away from the concrete piers and great fishing. The unit is small but very clean and neat. The kitchen area is well stocked and having chairs and an umbrella is a plus! We rented a golf cart and enjoyed exploring the island.

located in the best part of anna maria island. walk to bridge st shops, beach a stones throw away. a bit small but ac was cold and had everything we needed.

This place was perfect for my husband and myself! We had so much fun on the beach and enjoyed Anna Maria Island and all that it had to offer! We would rent from Lynn again in the future!!!
