Great place to stay with a beautiful view.

Clean and well stocked with everything you need. It was super nice to be able to use the fishing rods and fish off the pier out back. Beach towels also included. I would stay again.

Wohnung war super. Tolle Lage und sauber. Schade ist, dass alle Hunde aus der Umgebung auf der Wiese vor der Liegenschaft ihr Geschäft verrichten.

Great stay

The location was nice and convenient. Quiet and quick walk to beach. I am a clean freak and found stove top was not cleaned (I used the stove top cleaner and cleaned myself, for easy cleaning Mr Clean Sponges are awesome). We didn’t use the stove but like a clean kitchen.

Nice Location

Our family had a great time and this rental was in a great location that offered a pleasant spot to relax. We enjoyed spending time on the balcony watching the wildlife and walking across the street to the beach. Love the area!

Nice location, lots of storage

This is our 3rd time in Anna Maria and this place was our favorite so far. The condo was very well laid out with tons of cabinets and closets. We liked seeing the sunrise on the balcony each morning. It was a short walk to the beach. We walked to bridgestreet many days, and we also walked to bean point. The bedroom curtains were good at keeping the rooms dark at night. The condo building was very quiet and family oriented.

Accessibility to all the fun.

This property is in a fabulous location for all things fun and feels large inside and is really quiet tucked away by bay with Cortez beach across the street. The kitchen appeared functional although we did not use it much other than fridge for storing cold drinks as we ate out often. It was nice having a parking stall under the units. Our only hiccup was getting our entry code to get in but once we did get in it was nothing but fun. I would love to stay here again.

Great View

This was the first time on the bay side and absolutely loved the view especially the sunrise and the dolphins in the late afternoons.The condo was very clean and well stocked. Just a couple things though.It was a little difficult to find.I think maybe a sign for the complex on the main street for the driveway in.Also the deadbolt to get in needs a little adjustment because every time we entered or left we had to pull the door towards us to get the dead bolt to work properly.But we loved our stay and would really like to come back again. Thank you so much!!

Best location and one of the best rentals

This place has everything!!! Great location and great views!!! The beach is across the street, and in walking distance to so many places! Pool was great too! So many small things-blow dryer, straightener, extra outlet plugs, soap, coffee, extra blankets and pillows, beach stuff-cooler, bag, chairs umbrellas! We came all the way from Michigan so it def made it easier with all the extras! We would def stay here again! Thanks again!!!

Great condo

Had a great time at this condo. Nicely decorated there were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and a sand wagon to take to the beach. The view from the balcony was an added treat and we were lucky enough to see a few dolphins. The walk from the condo to the beach is very close much closer than I thought. Our only problem was finding the condo. It is a little tricky because but we did find it. Just an FYI. Other than this it was fantastic.

Just as advertised!

Perfect get away! Condo was clean and just as pictured. Well stocked as advertised - including plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler and a nice beach wagon. Plenty of space for the family (2 adults and 2 teenagers). We took advantage of area restaurants for dinners so didn’t do excessive cooking but kitchen was well stocked. Building was small and quiet - with an awesome view off the balcony for watching dolphins. Short walk to the beach - did have to cross the street but was never a problem. Parking spots were just at the bottom of stairs and covered. Cute beach area without the huge high condo complexes. Trolley easy to use to get around the island to see additional beaches and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Perfect vacation!

We have stayed in several different condos off VRBO over the years and this was our favorite by far. Quiet, clean, and furnished with everything you would want or need. Would definitely return to stay here again! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo! We all enjoyed our stay!

Great views and Walk to everything

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property that was so close to everything. Just across the street to the beach and a few blocks down to all the shops and restaurants at Bridge Street. We couldn't have asked for a better location. The unit was immaculate and fully stocked. Loved that they had all the beach equipment we needed (though due to red tide our beach days were limited). We used the pool everyday--it was quiet and not crazy with a ton of guests so that was a huge plus. Underground parking for two vehicles--perfect to keep you car out of the sun. And the living room and master bed room view of Sarasota Bay made for a stunning sunrise and an awesome evening view. So nice to sit out there and enjoy a beverage. We will definitely rent this place again. Kudos to the decorator...we're huge beach go-ers and love that beachy feel inside the condo.

Perfect Island Getaway

In short, my family and myself absolutely loved this property. The location is perfect, a block from the beach and walking distance to cool shops, not to mention the trolley stop at the property. Despite the listing stating beach items are subject to change, during our trip we had at least 2 of every beach item we could possibly need (umbrellas, towels, cooler, boogie boards, etc). The place is immaculate, beautifully decorated in beach vibes. We had the pool to ourselves for much of our August 2021 stay. The views of the bay coupled with the proximity to the beach simply cannot be beaten at this price point. Check in/out were a breeze. Super responsive management. Worth every penny!

Beautiful property

We had such a nice experience here. The property was spotless upon arrival. It is perfectly located. Close enough to walk to the beach and shops nearby. A pool (and some games!) for the kids. The balcony overlooking the bay offers a picturesque view and peace after a busy day. We would love to come back and stay again. Thank you for making our first trip to Anna Maria Island incredible!
