Winter Break

House was amazing and very accommodating for our family of toddlers, teens and adults! We rented the golf carts for the week and everyone loved them! We did experience some red tide in the ocean but were still able to have a beach day and swim in the ocean. Everyone enjoyed the heated pool, roof top deck and plenty of resaurants open in the area.

Location was excellent. Very close to beach and trolley into town. Clean and spacious. One thing that would have been nice would have been some lights on stairs to the rooftop deck.

House was excellent and as described. Roof top deck view was amazing. Would have been nice to have been able to let my 80+ year old mother use the elevator as there are plenty of steps. I asked politely and the prop manager said it was non functional but the house is currently listed for sale and the elevator is mentioned prominently in the listing materials. We would gladly rent this place again.

Perfect Beach House

This house was absolutely perfect for our stay at Bradenton Beach. It was exactly as advertised with spacious open-concept living areas, a nice kitchen and dining area, great bedrooms and bathrooms, and a perfect pool and spa. There were many balconies, including one on the roof, where we enjoyed breakfast or watching the sunset. We had three families with kids and this place was perfect and accommodated our group well. The house is a quick 2-3 minute to the beach; so convenient! Plus, the quiet neighborhood is located near several great restaurants and other amenities of Anna Maria Island. The management company communicated consistently before, during, and after the stay. It was, hands down, the easiest and best process for renting I have ever experienced. All in all, we can’t recommend this place enough. You will not be disappointed! Clean, spacious, great location, and good people to work with. We will absolutely be back!

Family vaca on Anna Maria Island

We had a great trip! It was a large group and the house was the perfect size and fit everyone's needs. The only thing I would point out is that there are a lot of stairs which can be difficult for older family members. The house is located very close to the beach and the views from the roof deck were incredible. The kids and adults all loved the pool as well. Management was responsive when there were issues and worked quickly to fix them.

Perfect house and location for families or couples

Casa del Mar successfully met the requirements of our family of 9, although this would also be a great house for couples. The location was perfect--a quiet residential street only 2 minutes from the beach. The house is new and well furnished; it has the number of bedrooms we needed, each one roomy and with en suite bathroom. The kitchen is large and comfortable with multiple work stations. The open plan worked very well for us. There were several balconies, and we loved the roof top deck. The pool is large and was good for both kids and adults. The garage has been revamped into a game room with ping pong table; we used it to stage our gear for the beach. Without a doubt I would rent this house for our family again.

Amazing Beach House

This house was amazing ! Had everything you need pool and hot tub were great! Beds very comfortable. Everything was spotless We loved the location really didn’t need a car we got around mostly on golf cart. The whole experience was easy. Will for sure book again Maria

Great Time

There were 5 couples we loved the home there was a lot of space for all of us it was great that there were 5 bedrooms. The pool & hot tub were great also. The kitchen was pretty well furnished had most of what was needed for our stay... The Anna Maria Island area has lots of beautiful beaches, good restaurants & bars we had a great time. We would defiantly recommend this home & area for most people to stay...... The downfall was the trolley system in the area is not very reliable the lists at the stops showed pickup for about every 10-20 minutes we waited 3 different times for 30-50 minutes for the trolley that made it difficult for some of our group...

ROOFTOP DECK VIEWS

My favorite part was the rooftop deck! The weather was so nice when we stayed, we used it a lot! Coffee in the AM, Wine in the PM... It was perfect! House was beautiful, clean and nicely decorated! My boys loved the bunk room. The beds are custom made and they thought it was the coolest thing. Loved that most of the rooms have King size beds. We came with a couple families and it was nice to not have to fight over who got the big beds! 😜 Location was nice we could easily walk to the beach. We rented a golf cart through AMI Locals (the management company) concierge so we drove that everywhere else we wanted to go. Definitely recommend!
