Escapada encantadora ubicada en Bradenton Beach en Anna Maria Island. Este condominio en la planta baja con hermosas vistas está directamente cruzando la calle desde la playa de arena blanca en polvo. Reduzca la velocidad y experimente el encanto de "Old Florida". AMI vacation

Couldn’t be happier with our stay….property was fantastic…clean, well stocked kitchen…equipped with beach chairs, towels, cooler…location was literally steps from the white sandy beach. Mayra was great with her communication and answered all our questions…we are looking to rebook for 2 weeks next year

Beautuful property with a great location!

The condo is beautiful and clean! The beaches are gorgeous and just steps out the door. We loved sitting on the front porch listening to the ocean and watching the cars go by in the evenings. Only downside was, no working washer for our clothes and towels, since it is on the condo listing. Overall we had an amazing time!

Great property and location

Had a great stay! All the amenities you will need to enjoy your stay and a day at the beach! Property was clean and as advertised. Beach was right across the road... say dolphins and manatees on multiple days. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay on Anna Maria Island.

Delightful

Owner and communications were exceptional. Property size perfect for my husband and I and recently updated. Situated across the street from beach and close to Bridge St downtown area. This was our 3rd or 4th time renting. Highly recommend.

Nice location with the beach right across the street! Nice beach chairs and umbrella. Within walking distance to several restaurants. Communication with owner was excellent. Bed could use a memory foam topper for comfort. Outdoor shower in the description was not available for use as it had a paddle lock on it. Make sure you go to Bean Point Beach at least once-lots of dolphins! Would highly recommend this location

My husband and I felt very comfortable in this first floor condo. Easy access to the beach and biking trail, which is across the street! Sufficient utensils and cookware in the kitchen- we appreciated that a lot. Beautiful area!

Great place

Beautiful unit. It is decorated with new furniture and equipment. The tile in the shower is gorgeous. It was great watching the Gulf from the patio and inside the unit. There is a pedestrian crosswalk for going to the lovely beach. Planning to return next year.

Week long beach get away

We had a wonderful stay at this Bradenton Beach Condo. The manager was an excellent communicator and the check in was very easy. The condo interior was very clean and has a very cozy layout. The kitchen was well stocked with ALL the essentials. The condo has everything you need to relax and enjoy the beach, like chairs, cooler, umbrella and many other little niceties. The location is great. Although heavy traffic at certain times of the day. Easy walk to everything. We would definitely recommend it and go back. Thanks for the wonderful get away!

Well equipped apartment with everything you can imagine and more! We loved our stay here and Mayra was easy to reach and always responsive. Just bring your suntan lotion and bathing suit... the beach is across the street!!!

Footprints in the Sand - Literally

Property is conveniently located a few blocks from restaurants & shops on Bridge St with the beautiful white, sandy beach directly across the Street. This two bedroom property has all the amenities needed for vacation (kitchen, coffee maker, laundry, beach chairs, coolers, grill, TV's, etc). Bathroom has been updated since our last stay which was a nice improvement. Myra has been very gracious to us over the years, and we will be back again!

Great location!

The condo was in a great location! Walked across the street to the beach. Kitchen was well equipped, which made meal prep easy. Mayra was very responsive host. The only negative is the beds are not very comfortable.

Great condo

Nice condo in a great location. This condo has two bedrooms. It has a well stocked kitchen (meaning utensils, cookware, and small appliances.) We were able to walk to most bars and restaurants we were interested in. The owner, Mayra, was very attentive, responding to our questions very quickly via text or call.

Wonderful Vacation- Walk to the Beach Across the Street

We stayed in this ground floor condo which is conveniently located across the street from the beach. You will love this condo and location. I cooked a lot of meals and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes... We also grilled lots. There are chairs and an umbrella to bring to the beach. Beach towels were supplied as well. You can walk to Bridge Street to shop, eat, and drink. We had a huge Packer fan with us so the Packer bar at the end of Bridge Street was amazing! Communication was excellent. We would definitely choose this location again.

Fantastic location

This is an amazing property - great location and responsive host who has thought of everything you could need. Rental is clean and comfortable with all the amenities. All of the usual beach items plus more are available for you to use. Additionally having a washer and dryer is a plus. Just an fyi- we were there during the season and the road out front was bumper to bumper traffic for hours especially on the weekend. People were kind and you could cross the road but just not especially relaxing to sit outside in front. Additionally, this is a ground floor unit so depending on who is upstairs it could be loud- you can hear walking, etc. The beach access is right across the street and so beautiful. You can walk up to the Bridge Street restaurants/bars and never use your car.

Frustration and noisy 😑

Cute apt with comfortable and tasteful furniture and decor. Kitchen and linens well equiped. Cons: Water leaks: Damaged stucco caused leaky window and puddled floor. Shower stall drain clogged. Fridge icemaker froze filling fridge drawers with water, overflowed to floor. 3 times waited for repairman losing vacation time. 3 loads of towels from floods. Noise from above apt due to flooring material. Non stop traffic directly in front of unit. No compensation for inconveniences.

Nice rental in prime location

We loved this nice small apartment but we even more loved the location. It is just across the road from an uncrowded beach perfect for swimming and close to three fishing piers. The area is relaxed and calm, but still walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. Good options to stock up on fishes to prepare your own meals are near with several fish markets. There is a big grocery store on the island and one on Longboat Key which stocks almost all you will need in addition to the fresh seafood (Publix has not the local fresh one as the fish markets offer). We went to a farmers market Dutwiler and stocked up on fresh produce and fruits for a ridiculously low price and everything kept fresh even during the transport to our next rental after our week there. The apartment is well stocked with good tableware and glasses. The washer/dryer was really an advantage in a warm climate. Saves carrying too much luggage while on holidays. While the mattress in bedroom two is wonderful, the one in bedroom one is really fluffy and way too soft, causing back problems. The apartment itself has been really throughoutly clean, but the surrounding outdoor parts have had quite some rubbish laying around - perhaps as a result from the hurricane that passed along a month ago. No big problem, we cleaned the space in front of "our" unit as we stayed there for a whole week. We loved sitting on the front porch, watching people go by and the sun set. We spent a lot of time on the beach and on the fishing pier with the same local fishermen almost every day. Contact with the owner before and during our stay has been perfect with a very short response time. She was able to save all our small problems in no time. We would stay in this unit again if we visit the area again and we can highly recommend it for small groups.

Excellent place to stay. Was so nice to just walk across the road to the beach. We had access to chairs, an umbrella and a wagon which made our beach experience so easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Bradenton beach

Great condo close to everything . Walking distance to bridge street , restaurants and some shopping . Beach is right across the street . Condo has everything you need for the beach . Loved this place and would definitely stay again

Lovely location

Everything you can need on a vacation . Had the most enjoyable and relaxing time. Everyone was so friendly even on a busy weekend

Lots of fun!

Communication with Mayra was excellent. Condo was well stocked with bikes, coolers and beach chairs. Couldn't use outdoor shower due to it being locked, but not a big deal. Didn't really try to figure that out. Love the location!
