I spent 2 months in this gorgeous home and was happy with everything. The host got back to me immediately when I had questions and quickly resolved some minor issues. One of them was a broken toaster and a new one from Amazon was at the door the next day. This home’s location is ideal for shopping and getting to the beaches. Highly recommend.

The best part of our stay was this beautiful house and screened-in pool with the spacious patio for relaxing, dining, and watching TV - outside! A close second was our host Craig - who was very accessible and accommodating. The house is beautiful and immaculate, with updated bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen. We couldn’t have asked for better.

It was perfect! We have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years. This was by far the nicest cleanest and well appointed home we’ve ever stayed in. It looked as if it was decorated by professionals location was ideal. Is he access to Ana Maria Island, Sarasota, etc. and the host was amazing! There was a minor plumbing issue we called and it was resolved within an hour! If you are looking for a rental, we highly recommend this one.

This was by far our favorite vacation home ever! The location was perfect. Nice quiet neighborhood, but super close to restaurants and shopping. Just a short drive to Anna Maria. Having a garage to park in was great with the Florida heat. The house itself was absolutely beautiful. Incredibly well kept and inviting. Very open and spacious. Fully stocked kitchen that we used daily for cooking breakfast and even some dinners. The master bedroom was fantastic, great closet space, super comfortable bed, and amazing shower! Our 3 year old loved the bunk bed bedroom. The rear lanai and pool area was our absolute favorite part. The pictures do it no justice. We spent every night enjoying the pool and lounge area with the outdoor TV! The hammocks out back were a quiet place to relax and we even sat around the easy to use gas fire pit one night. Communication with the host was the best we’ve ever experienced. He responded within minutes and provided anything we needed promptly. We will absolutely be back soon to stay again

This is our second time staying at this house. We absolutely love it. The location is great, very quick and easy drive to the beach! The covered pool and outdoor entertainment area is fantastic. The house has just about everything one could need! The host is awesome, he was in contact via VRBO messaging and very quick to respond to my messages. Definitely recommend staying here!

Check in was great, Craig had shared the details before hand so at the time of my arrival the check in was as smooth as coming into my own home. As soon as you open the door, you get that “wow” moment we are all looking for when renting a place for your family vacation. Not just the beauty of the house itself, decoration, finishes but how clean the house was and in fact every single corner of the house was as clean. Amazing first impression.

Beach Get Away

Quiet neighborhood located within 15-20 mins to Anna Maria or Manatee Public Beach. Open concept kitchen/living room with great seating. Beds were very comfy. TV in every room. Patio/pool area was great. Lots of seating to eat, play games, or watch tv.Owner checked in to see if we needed anything. We had no issues. We discovered a great place to eat, Tide Tables with indoor or outdoor eating right off Cortez bridge. See ya next time!

What a Gem of a Property!

This property exceeded all of our hopes! We were staying for the week with our 4 children (ages 2-9). This home fit us all comfortably with room to spare. The first thing I noticed upon entering the property was how clean it was. The interior is beautifully done, very tasteful with quality finishes. We cooked the majority of our meals at the house which was a breeze with the well stocked kitchen-- complete with an air fryer, Keurig, and drip coffee maker! The real star of the show are the outdoor spaces. Our kids LOVED the pool. The fact that there was also an outdoor sitting area w/TV as well as the outdoor dining table just hit it out of the park for us. We were able to fully enjoy the open concept indoor/outdoor living. The fire pit was a perk too and even all the small rocks in the landscaping were a huge hit for our truck loving little guy. We appreciated all the pool and sand toys, beach umbrella, towels, etc. Craig was wonderful to work with-- prompt and professional in all responses. The location was great-- we went to Anna Maria Island nearly every day and could be to one of the various beaches within 15 minutes. We also jumped down to Siesta Key Beach for an afternoon-- overrated in our opinion especially if trying to go w/many little ones. Oyster Bar on the Pier was a fun experience too!I can't recommend this VRBO enough! Excellent experience and would most certainly stay here again.
