Great location, great space! The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, the house was kept clean, and the pool was well maintained. Great value for the price and a fabulous place to stay.

This house was perfect for my 50th birthday it had plenty of room for my family with 11 people in the house we enjoyed the hanging out in the pool. I highly recommend this property it was clean and close to stores.

This place was very clean and maintained. We had a couple of small things that we notified to the property manager (Christina) immediately answered via text and email. This property is in a very friendly neighborhood and it’s close to shopping and eating places.

The Wedding Hub

We were hosting family from FL and TN for my daughter’s wedding. It was the perfect place, large enough to accommodate all the families comfortably. The pool gave us the rest we needed afterward!

Modern updates

We came to town for a wedding and this was the perfect place to hold 9 of us. We had 4 generations in the house at the same time. The decor was nice and welcoming. Thank you for answering our requests and questions so promptly!

Great family time!

There were 6 of us ranging 7 to 89 yr. The pool was very clean and excellent for swimming. House nicely located to get to the beaches. Bedrooms accommodated all of us. Just FYI, the larger bed in the kids room is not meant for an adult.

Lax tournament

We were in town for a lax tournament and this house worked perfect for our group of 3 adults and 3 teenagers. Clean and nicely decorated. Very close to the IMG campus and beaches. Owners were very responsive to questions and had great recommendations on things to do in the area.

Best Family Vacation Home!

If you are looking for a large family vacation home, with many beds, spacious rooms, a huge yard, large pool, comfortable beds, beach chairs and toys for the kids and a short distance from the beach, this is the place to stay! A 5 star experience for sure! Would totally recommend and looking forward to book again!

May Bradenton vacation

The house was lovely with a crisp beachy decor. There was plenty of seating, dishes, towels, outdoor furniture, etc. The house was very clean and the air conditioner was really welcome after a day at the beach. The pool was perfect and sparkling. I’d definitely recommend a stay here!

Perfect house for our vacation

This house is fantastic and was perfect for our vacation with family and friends! it was clean and beautifully decorated. Julie and Dominic were very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. The studio apartment attached to the house was perfect for my mother who joined us on our trip. I highly recommend!

Perfect for our family

The property was perfect for our group. Easy access to the island, convenient location close to grocery stores, markets, restaurants. Lots of room in the house and the pool/patio area is perfect!!! We eat most of our meals outside!!

Weekend Sports Trip

We had an absolute AMAZING time at this house. We stayed with a couple friends for a sports tournament. The house was very clean and had every amenity you could ask for! Julie and Dominic responded immediately to our questions before arrival and during our stay as well. There was plenty of room for us all to spread out and the pool was an extra added bonus that we all enjoyed. Can't wait to come back!

Beautifully updated home!!

Check in was a breeze! We were able to check in early, which was a huge bonus. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. We loved the pool!! The pool was professionally cleaned the first day we arrived, which was much appreciated and says a lot about the care taken! We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon!!

Perfect! Feels like home.

Wow! This house was perfect! We hosted Christmas and New Years for our 8 family members. The kids loved the pool! Everyone had their own rooms which were very spacious. It truly felt like home. Very close to the beach, stores, parks, and pretty much anything you need!

Great Option in Great Area

We used the property for a weekend event our group was attending. Property ticked every box and was exactly as described.The property had unfortunately sustained some damage to its outdoor screen during some recent storms but we were made fully aware and it did not affect the stay at all.Communications with the property owners were clear, precise and timely. No issues at all on our end.It was a good distance from coffee shops and stores. The location of our event and the beaches were all easily accessible.

Family Time by the beach

Home was the perfect size for our family. It’s been newly renovated and looks great. The yard does need some TLC. The pool was in need of cleaning due to storms and the owners had someone out to clean the pool within a few hours.
