Beautiful location on the bay, many birds and fish, both sunrise and sunset are visible from the house. House was clean and well stocked. We prepared Thanksgiving Dinner for family and had all that we needed and plenty of room.

Our family had the best time. The house was in the perfect spot. By the water but not in the hustle of everything else. The house is the perfect location to all the beautiful beaches around. We will definitely be back.

Awesome house & location

Needed a house with big dock for a 44' Caymas that we were displaying at the boat show. This house was perfect for us, close to Marina Jack where the boat show was, and super nice. Will def try to stay here again next year!

Review

This was a beautiful property, gorgeous location in excellent condition. The host was absolutely exceptional. There was a boat available. You could fish right off the property. It was a short drive to Ana Maria Island and all kinds of other beautiful beaches directly accessible from the boat that’s available to rent. Do not pass this one up.

Family vacation

There were 11 of us that stayed at this house. Ages 8-72. We were very impressed with the views - and really enjoyed seeing the gulf of Mexico. There were always birds of all kinds to be seen and one day we saw dolphins out in the distance! We from MI weather and was looking forward to the 'heated" pool and "hot" tub. That being said - we were very disappointed with the the limited ability to enjoy using the pool and hot tub.We understood that the weather was very cold for FL but the discription of those amenities were misleading. The manager of the property did inform me, after I texted (asking why the hot tub wasn't warming up after an hour of having it turned on)-that the hot tub may have a hard time keeping up to temperature. But it wasn't until after I called the manager and left a message, did I receive an email (hours later) explaining the type of heating system they have for the pool and hot tub. They have a heat pump and it truly isn't designed for cooler weather and for keeping the pool and hot tub up to a tolerable temperature. We understood at that point that we wouldn't be able to enjoy being in the water like we thought - all 11 of us were VERY frustrated. If the information about the heating system would have been in the discription - we would not have stayed at this house. The email wasn't sent to me until Friday- 3 days after we arrived... 3 days of going back and forth with the manager and trying to understand why the hot tub wasn't tolerable

Beautiful spot, very clean

I stayed here with 8 friends on a golf / fishing trip and it was a really great spot. We had tons of space. The dock was great for fishing. The pool and yard were well kept and spacious I would highly recommend

Amazing amenities and view

We spent a long weekend at this property with 9 of my girlfriends. This home had everything we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked, bathrooms with plenty of towels and lots of pool towels as well. The outdoor area is truly an oasis. Sunrises from one side of the house and sunsets from the other. I cannot recommend this home enough.

Beautiful Get-away

Exactly as listed...a beautiful home with everything we needed. Rented the pontoon boat and enjoyed a day on the water along with a stop at a restaurant for lunch. Pool was exactly what we needed, so relaxing along with floats. Evening hours spent playing games which were there. The owner was very helpful with any questions we had and very quick to respond. We will return.

Perfect Spot

Our Team needed a place to spread out cool off and bee close to the race area. This was the perfect location. Everyone had they own area to do personal work as well as gather to discuss the race boat duties to get done for the next day.

Amazing house with even better views!

We could not be happier with our stay. The home was perfect for our large family and kids. The owner was awesome and came to the property and it was great hearing the history of the property. Pontoon boat on site was the biggest plus. We will be back!

Family Time

Wonderful property, well stocked kitchen, spacious interior ... large landscaped yard with pool and use of kayaks. The owner allowed us to rent the pontoon boat and took the time to come over to show us details regarding same and where to go/dine from the water. Very responsive. Our family had a great get away - even teenagers weren't bored!

Multigenerational Family Trip

Went to Sarasota for Graduation. Perfect home for 3 generations of family to stay. Beautiful property on a baby peninsula into the bay, island right across the way where birds came to roost for the night. Lovely to just sit and watch the bay, but also awesome pool and really enjoyed adding pontoon boat rental. Able to cook most meals at home. Great location for accessing Sarasota and Bradenton schools/restaurants/beaches but also didn’t have much desire to leave the house.

Paradise on the Water

Our stay which included teens, parents, grandparents and a friend was amazing! The house is perfect for our group of all ages…even better than the listing as you can never fully capture a gorgeous view in a photograph! The pool, fishing dock and pontoon boat rental made our stay adventure packed. The house is beautifully decorated and spacious for larger groups. The owner kindly extended our check-out time as we had a later flight and recommended some great places to eat. We all would absolutely recommend this property and are hopeful we can head back this way to stay again sometime in the future.
