Host was amazing! Very accommodating! Deeply concerned with ensuring all of your needs were met. The house was very clean! Even the garage was spotless!! Pool was set at a perfect temperature. Would love to return! Highly recommend

Beautiful home! We did not use the pool, however I had to work remotely while there so at least was able to enjoy the peaceful view of the lanai while working. The neighbors and neighborhood are great too.

In town for a weekend wedding

House was a perfect location. It suited our needs for what we were in town for. Close proximity to beaches and restaurants. Cleanliness of house was outstanding. Pool was very nice. Will definitely stay again if in the Bradenton area.

Perfect For Us

This is our 3rd or 4th time staying at this property, so that says a lot about how nice it is. The home and the furnishings are very comfortable. The split layout affords privacy between the master suite and the other two bedrooms. The pool area is private and relaxing. Great location! Exactly as described!

Beautiful home and pool! My 13 and 8 year old had plenty of space and love the pool right on site. Great location and nice neighborhood. Communication with property management was great and fast. Easy to check in and out. Loved how close to several beaches it was but far enough away from the crazy spring break crowds. Would stay here again!

Excellent stay

What you see in the pics is really what you get. Very clean, updated, wonderful private pool. The neighborhood was really nice for a quiet walk as well. Super close to everything. The property manager was very responsive when we didn’t have propane for the grill. We arranged for a new tank right away. Grilling tools were included in the kitchen. The only thing I would say for the property manager- the fridge seal was weak. We didn’t have any problems keeping things cool though. Just made sure to close it tight.

Short weekend trip

The listing was accurate and we enjoyed our stay. It was very convenient for our needs. Too cool to use pool but it is a nice outdoor space. Communication with host was great. I would recommend this place to others.

Peaceful, Clean Property

The house is exactly as pictured on the listing. We loved the pool! The kitchen was well equipped with whatever we needed to cook. Appreciated the condiments available in the fridge as well as there being coffee available. We got in very late after our flight and having coffee that next morning was really nice. Our host Marian was responsive whenever we had questions. This was the 1st house I've booked through Vrbo and it did not disappoint. The house is in a quiet neighbor, 25 minutes from AMI. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, etc. Within a few minutes drive. Would definitely stay here again! Dont hesistate to book.

Great home base for Bradenton stay!

This is our second stay in this home, and we hope to be back. The property is well-kept and very clean, the furnishings are attractive and comfortable, and the lanai and pool are very relaxing. The owners were extremely responsive. Don't hesitate to book this home - you won't be disappointed!

Spring break with family

Nice neighborhood

We had a lovely stay over the holidays while visiting our son’s family. The property was clean and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood at night seeing all the beautiful holiday lights! We hope to stay again!

Quiet, peaceful oasis

Beautiful, well-appointed home with comfortable beds and furnishings. The lanai and pool area are great! The neighborhood is very quiet, but also in close proximity to the grocery store, restaurants, etc. We enjoyed taking walks and hanging out in and around the pool, listening to the relaxing sounds of the little waterfall. Don't hesitate to book this gem of a home - you won't be disappointed!

Nice Spot

We enjoyed our week stay. The house is very clean and well appointed with everything we needed for our comfort and enjoyment. It took a while to get to the beach due to traffic but otherwise, this is a nice spot.

Excellent place to stay with the family

We had an outstanding time at the house and on our family vacation to Florida. I would recommend this house to my family and friends, no question. We had 7 in our group and plenty of room. Beautiful pool and outdoor seating area. The lanai was great to have. We spent our days in the pool or driving a short distance to the beaches. The only issue we had on the first day was solved that same day. The only suggestion I have is to install a new dryer, we struggled getting our laundry dry. That did not take away from the wonderful experience we had though. Would rebook with this house and company again.
