¡Una casa de amigos es un espacio limpio y actualizado con espacio para extenderse y ponerse cómodo! Abierto y espacioso, está listo para que te quites los zapatos y te relajes en su comodidad informal en un entorno muy tropical. ¡Comienzo perfecto para unas vacaciones increíbles!

La decoración es cómoda e informal. Sillas y loveseats de gran tamaño con fundas blancas, cocina completamente renovada, un comedor formal con una mesa de estilo angustiado con capacidad para 6 personas cómodamente.

La cocina totalmente equipada cuenta con modernos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, gabinetes de color blanco brillante, azulejos de vidrio de buen gusto y mostradores de cuarzo de lujo. Todo lo que puedas imaginar en una cocina bien surtida. Un nuevo televisor de 55 pulgadas. Duerma bien por la noche en uno de los dos colchones tamaño queen (uno suave y otro semi firme) con sábanas nuevas, almohadas increíbles y edredones ligeros.

El patio privado al aire libre con una mesa de bistró y 4 sillas ubicadas entre las palmeras y los helechos gigantes está preparado para relajarse. El patio es un refugio encantador perfecto para cenar al aire libre, asar a la parrilla, leer una novela o saborear su cóctel o vino favorito. ¡El espacio está iluminado por la noche con la iluminación estilo bombilla Edison! La manera perfecta de relajarse después de un día lleno de acción en la playa. También tenemos sillas de playa y refrigeradores para que pueda llevar con usted. ¿Mencionamos que estamos a solo un par de millas de las playas del golfo, Bradenton, Coquina, Holmes Beach y Anna Maria!

Una casa de amigos tiene mucho estacionamiento abierto. Estamos muy contentos de acomodar a nuestros huéspedes con botes. Informe a su anfitrión con anticipación.

Excellent property- Felt like home

We felt like it was home it was so comfortable here. Pool are was so beautifully set up and bonus games to play by the pool. Had everything we needed. Close to shopping and restaurants. 10

Trip to Anna Maria Island

The house was every thing the add said. Very nice and clean. With children, the pool was a must and it was perfect for them. It was very easy to get to the beach. I would highly recommend staying here.

Very satisfied!

This stay was everything my family needed, and more. There was quite a few items that we had forgot to bring on the trip such as sunscreen, bug spray, small items, etc. Not to worry, though the host had that covered everything in the house was for our use, and it was very much appreciated. In addition, house was very clean and nicely decorated. Location was close to beaches and you didn’t have to travel far for activities. We had lots of fun and plan on coming back in the future.

Family vacation

Our stay was excellent! It far exceeded our expectations. Very clean and well equipped. Communications with owners was great. Pool and back yard were perfect for our family. We spent a lot of time out there. Layout worked wonderful for each family to have some private space. Check out was the easiest of any VRBO we have stayed at. Location is close everything we needed and wanted to do while there. We loved it and are hopeful for a return trip.

We had everything we needed

This property was perfect for our stay for our party of 7! The home was clean and well kept. Everything we needed was in the home. We enjoyed the pool after long days at the tournament we were in town for. We slept like babies on the super comfortable beds. Hosts were quick to answer all of my questions prior to arrival and made sure we checked in ok. We will definitely stay here again when we are in town!

Perfect Place to stay

The property is so easy to find and get to! I rented this property for my sister and her family to stay at for the week of my wedding! 6 adults and small 4 children.The kids loved the pool and it was close proximity to everything (beach, the wedding venue, restaurants, a Walgreens and Dollar Tree). The house plenty of dishes and pot and pans. There was also ample amount of linens and towels. We could not have asked for anything more and the price point was perfect for them! My new husband and I live in St Petersburg and are frequent visitors to Anna Maria Island/Holmes Beach, we will definitely stay here again!

We loved everything about this house. The layout, the pool, the decoration. It was so beautiful and comfortable. It was very close to shopping, the beach and the town.. Fantastic in every way!

This property is extremely well-maintained and beautifully equipped. John and Chrissy are so responsive, they answered every question immediately. There are no surprises here - the pictures are very accurate, the location is absolutely perfect, and amenities, (pool, grill, etc.) are in great shape, (no excessive wear and tear like you may see at other properties). We loved driving over to the island, literally a 5-minutes' drive. But we mostly loved hanging out at the pool, grilling, and spending time together. Lucikly, this house offers you both options-- easy, breezy! We'll be back next year!

Family spring break

Fantastic!

Its exactly what it looks like in the pics. Clean, well kept, nice pool, comfortable beds ect. Drive to the beach was quick. Kids liked it so much they wanted to always go back early from the beach trips to swim.

Just as advertised!

House was perfect. Spotless. Checkin was easy and owner allowed us to check in early. Perfect for family with older parents because master bedroom is away from rest of house. Pool area was the best part. Very private and well appointed. Water was a balmy 85. My grandkids loved it. Recommend highly!!

Coconut Dreams

We rented this property for one month and really enjoyed it! Excellent location; close to beaches, shopping, and parks. The pool was awesome as well as the entire back yard. Very beautiful. The house was well-equipped for anything you would need from cooking to beach chairs. We highly recommend it.
