    Rooms were super clean and smelled so good. Had alot of little amenities for us. They had beach towels and beach chairs available upon request.

    Host was very responsive to all inquiries from booking to time at the property. Location was nice with vicinity to Riverwalk and downtown area. Unfortunately had an abnormal cold evening and only a space heater available for the property. Overall an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

    I would say my stay was great.. Righhhtt up till 3:00pm Friday the day before check in. Nd then magically the WiFi shuts off. I asked the neighbors and they still had on.. So I believe the neighbor next door in the duplex. Whomever it is shut it off.Cause I could hear them laughing next door about it.. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BOOK THERE.. Bad thing is I was in the middle of work. That’s rude and made me miss out on .

    The house was very clean and inviting! The location is close to everything but far enough away to be peaceful & quiet! The host was very attentive and quick to respond! I will consider this property again when needing a place to stay!

    Host had the lights on for us when we arrived and had the heaters running. There’s a mini fridge and microwave, but no dishes to speak of or light meal prep capacity.

    Love this place

    We were there for 4 nights, went to the beaches there and done some shopping. It was cozy all we needed to be comfortable we loved being there beautiful neighborhood, beautiful vrbo, we definately be back thank you.

    Stayed only 2 days and loved it. Property was clean inside and out. Loads of channels to choose from on both TVs. Only issue we had was the neighbors had VERY lots y parties both nights. Considering it was Friday and Saturday nights, it was what it was!! Thank you for making our trip nice and peaceful.

    The room/house smelled of smoke. The host tried to cover the smell with very strong air fresheners. Unless we were sleeping, we had the front door open to air the place out. The shower was spacious and had great water pressure.

    If you are looking for a weekend getaway at a property close to everything this is it. It was a great price for the location. Check in was super easy. I didnt have to reach out to the owner but from other reviews his communication is good. The overall place was clean and the bed was comfortable. Water pressure in the showet was amazing. There are a few things that could be better...the ac in the bedroom made a whining noise when turned on and didnt go away, there was several different shampoos and body washes that look like they were left from other guests, and we heard people what sounded like shuffling on the other side of the wall. There was also what smelled like cigarette smoke but I also think that was from the otherside of the wall, it wasnt overwhelmingly though and the listing does say smoking friendly outside. The front door didnt seal very well unless the slide lock and deadbolt were locked. Could probably use weather stripping. Overall we enjoyed our stay and as I said if you want a convenient safe place to sleep this place is it. It was very cozy and we felt safe.

    DO NOT BOOK HERE.Do not book without confirming details. I reserved this property for Feb 12–15 but did not stay due to serious undisclosed issues. I arrived around 11:00 PM and contacted the host immediately regarding a strong smoke odor (despite the non-smoking listing), a malfunctioning master bedroom AC, and that the space—described as a duplex—was actually attached to a private home with only a shared wall. Through the wall I could hear a dog barking and an individual coughing continuously. The host did not respond until 11:42 PM, stating the dog would be leaving; by that time, I had already left not knowing whether the host was going to respond.As a recent transplant recipient, smoke exposure and lack of proper climate control posed a health hazard, so I could not remain in the unit. I contacted the host to report the issues and request a refund; the host was unresponsive after my request and later denied the refund, disputing the smoke odorFuture guests should confirm smoke-free conditions, the exact layout of the property, and that all systems are functioning before booking.

    Host was very communicative from the beginning. Home is clean & beautiful. Yes there is a slight smoke smell, but 1) it’s not as bad as the reviews make it, I believe people over exaggerated about it and 2) it’s in the front porch area which is the designated smoking area. Overall 10/10, will be booking again in the future

    I am not sure how this property has received positive reviews. The host managed to hide a lot of the terrible parts of the property with clipped photos. We immediately got a bad vibe when pulling up to the property. The surrounding area seems unsafe and not well kept at all. There were doorways inside that had been poorly closed off to the adjoining unit. There was plumbing that had been cut and sticking out of the wall that was just capped. Pieces of tile missing off the fireplace, random holes in the wall, gaps in the flooring etc. The property also smelled very strongly scented but still a bit like marijuana. I wanted to leave immediately and we ended up not staying at the property at all; we got a hotel in downtown instead. The part that made my final decision was the condition of the front door; which I sent to Vrbo directly. The front door when “locked” was able to be pulled 1-2inches in both directions. There’s a huge gap between the door and the door jam. I did not feel safe at all. There were also random cars parked in front of the property.

    We were welcomed and the host urged us to call with any needs. Be aware there is no flatware and no supplies for washing coffee mugs.
