Sweet Unit!

Condo exceeded our expectations. We’ve stayed at many of the Shorewalk condos in the past…& this Unit is the Best by far. Clean, beautifully decorated, quiet location and short distance to shopping and eateries. We will stay here again.

Everything about this place was perfect. Clean, comfy beds, plenty of space, perfect location and great communication with the property manager. We will definitely stay here again when we return.

Nice place to stay... I can recommend!!!

Nice place to stay, really clean and with all conditions you may need. Community is nice and quiet, with tennis courts and pool. Also, location is great, close to nice restaurants

I was travelling for work and this was exactly what I needed. Clean, comfortable, convenient location and quick access to Publix and a variety of restaurants.

Great stay!

Stayed at Shorewalk a few years ago in another unit, this was by far an upgrade. Clean, comfortable and well stocked unit. Great pickle ball covered courts near by. Pools nice and warm. Grounds well kept. Will stay again.Linda

Wonderful place to stay!

We will stay here again! Very clean and has everything. You can walk to the pools, tennis courts, and basketball courts. There was plenty of room for dining in-we prepared a couple of meals here. We love having a refrigerator and washer/dryer. Communication from the host was great! Check in was so easy! Beautiful condo. My favorite was sitting in the screened in porch area and reading while listening to the lake fountain! I wish I was there now!

Close to IMG,

Very convenient location for any parent or relative visiting students at IMG. First floor location with simple parking and key code access to property. Clean and comfortable with amenities needed for a long weekend, or even a longer stay. Publix is within walking distance and AMI is a short drive away. Enjoyed our stay and Yvon was very helpful during our time there. Thank you!

Very pleasant stay!

This is our third stay at Shorewalk and we very much enjoyed the condo. It was very clean and felt like home with all the amenities. We will definitely book again. Yvon was great!

Great place to stay

Condo is conveniently located near lots of shops, grocery stores and restaurants. 15min drive to Bradenton beach. Kitchen well equipped. Nice to have laundry in the unit. Pool is heated. Nice place for a family of 4.

Convenient to IMG

Close proximity to IMG. Twin beds need replacing as they make some insane noise when you move and are not comfortable. Other than that, it is a nice little place!

Wonderful stay

We had such a wonderful time and plan on returning. We did have some problems at the beginning with heat/air settings but the manager responded quickly and took care of that issue. Thank You. Everything in the condo was great. I would recommend a few dish cloths be put in the kitchen. Outside of that it was perfect.

Overall Fine, Just A Little Pricey

The unit itself was fine. I had to make a return visit and was able to find the exact same thing in the same complex for less, so I booked for a cheaper one and it was equal to this one.

Nice getaway

We enjoyed our stay. The owner was extremely helpful and even came to change a lightbulb even when we said it wasn't necessary. Everything was clean and tidy. The only "issue" we had was with the very strict pool rules. We got a warning the first day when our son jumped into the pool. We didn't realize there was a no splashing rule. I realize this wasn't the condo owner's fault at all. Just something that made it a little less enjoyable. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

Our stay was acceptable, though not as positive as other reviews suggested. We arrived later in the evening and immediately noticed a musty odor throughout the condo. As a Florida resident, I am familiar with this type of smell, which is often associated with poor ventilation or moisture issues.The condo was generally clean; however, upon opening a drawer in the master bathroom, I found a long hair in plain view, which was surprising given that the unit had been cleaned. I contacted the owner, who responded promptly and apologized. They suggested opening the windows or running the air conditioning to address the odor.There is a notice by the thermostat advising not to lower the temperature below 74 degrees to prevent the air handler from freezing. Since the temperature was already at 73 degrees, we attempted to air out the unit by opening the windows, which only helped temporarily.Another issue occurred when my wife attempted to use the hair dryer. It did not work, and I discovered the cord appeared to have a short. I notified the owners, understanding that equipment issues can happen.Positively, the location was excellent, the condo was well stocked, communication was good, and the instructions were clear. Unfortunately, due to the persistent musty odor throughout the unit, I cannot recommend this property. I encourage the owners to address this issue, as it could pose health concerns for some guests.

All The Comforts of Home

We couldn't have been happier with our four night stay at Shorewalk Condos. It was only about 20 minutes from the SRQ airport. Our unit was a modern, spacious two bedroom, two bath unit with a roomy kitchen that has all you need for cooking and eating, including a Mr. Coffee brewer (Keurig is my preference but this was fine). We slept like we don't sleep at home which means very late and comfortably, away from our everyday stress. The living room featured a big Samsung Smart TV with access to Netflix and Prime Video so we were nicely entertained. The digital code entry made it easy to get in and we appreciated having a washer dryer to use. It's only minutes from Publix Market and the flurry of restaurants we enjoy. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for parties of 2 to 4 people.

Nice apartment

All in all great apartment (clean, not far from the beach, lake view, safe area, car park). We loved that there were beach toys for us to use and plenty of towels. The kitchen was well-equipped (e.g. cuttlery, plenty of dishes, dishwasher tabs) just a few things missing that would have made the stay a bit more convenient (e.g. cling foil, baking parchment, laundry pods). The pools are close, you can play table tennis, tennis, basketball etc. Few aspects we didn't like: - Both hot tubs were out of order the entire stay (this was one of the reasons we picked this accommodation). - Noisy construction works on the roof for the first couple of days without prior notice. However, we were offered an alternative flat, which was wonderful. Fast and reliable communication. - The apartment is not well soundproofed. We could hear the people above us, moving of furniture and rarely got the chance to sleep in (lawn mowering, construction site, flat above). - No hulu or similar.
