The Space:
Entire second floor condo for rent. You'll have the entire 2 bedroom plus den (with queen pullout) condo to yourself. Brand new floors, kitchen and bathroom updates as of August 2025.

Contemporary style condo recently renovated.

Condo has new furniture and three TVs with Roku.

Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cookware and has new small appliances including: a keurig coffee maker, blender and toaster.

Dining area has a dining table with chairs as well as four bar stools at the connecting bar counter into the kitchen.

The Den has a pull out sofa for guests and has a desk for your office away from home and printer available for the renters use.

The master and 2nd bedroom have walk-in closets where you will find extra bedding - just bring your clothes.

Included for your use are the bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, bath towels and pool / beach towels.

Optional Membership Transfer:
9 Har-thru tennis courts, pickle ball, fitness center, spa, lagoon swimming pool & tiki bar. Two private golf courses, luxurious club & pools. To access amenities, transfer of HOA is required and paid directly to Lakewood National at $642.
Resort style swimming pools, state of the art fitness center, tennis courts, pickleball, basketball courts, hot tub and sauna room. 36-Hole golf course and office space for work, printing, and scanning. Discounted golf with full amenity access with transfer HOA (required).

Other things to note:
Entire condo for rent for full privacy. All guests occupying the property will be responsible for HOA/Resort Fee.

The unit, by ordinance, has to be rented for a minimum of 30 days or calendar month. Any inquiries on 30 days or less will be rejected per HOA rules.
