This beautiful home is in a perfect location. My husband and son biked to the nature preserve every morning. We attended a Pirate’s Spring Training game, went to the beach, ate at great restaurants and enjoyed the pool and pool table. Great home for family gatherings, the host thought of everything you would need. Highly recommend.

Property was amazing. The grill was electric and did not hold temp for us but stuff like this can happen to anyone and we finished cooking in the stove. Host was notified of the grill malfunctioning. The house was clean and super well equipped for the beach trips and overall comfortable stay. Thank you! we had a great vacation.

Wonderful Property

The property was perfect for our family vacation. Very clean, well maintained, well stocked kitchen basics. Vichara has every type of beach equipment you could need available for our use. She was very responsive to our questions or needs, especially when we had a misunderstanding with the neighbors behind her home! I would highly recommend this property for a family vacation!

Better than a rental!

This was more like staying in your own fully furnished custom FL home. 3 fridges, coffee makers, blender, everything you could possibly need, down the lime press for fresh margs. Spent hours playing ping pong, swimming, grilling and walking the neighborhood. Location is great- so close to all the stores and an easy route straight over to AMI. The owners have the rental equipped with literally everything, including beach chairs and coolers for trips to the beach and everything is in excellent condition as if you bought it yourself. Cannot say again how nice this property is. Don’t listen to any of the reviews that are not 5-stars, it’s truly incredible.

This Property Exceeded Our Expectations

My wife and I, were joined by one of my daughters and her husband, as well as an older granddaughter of mine, stayed at this property. We traveled from MN and ND to visit my other daughter and her family who live in Ruskin, FL, to attend one of my granddaughters high school graduation. With permission from the host, we used this home as our main gathering site, and all of my grandchildren, ,my oldest daughter, and her husband joined us all during two days, leaving at night to stay in their own home. The size of the pool stole the show, my grandkids said it was bigger than the community pool in their Ruskin neighborhood. Between the pool during the day, and connected hot tub during the evening, we all enjoyed the fun and refresh it provided. A few rounds of billiards at the inside pool table allowed more fun and friendly family competition. I stay at VRBO's often, and even though I have enjoyed every adventure away from home, there generally are a handful of things that tend to diminish the experience (smells, bugs, mold, outdated, etc.). Trust me, this property had NONE of those things, in fact, it exceeded our expectations in every possible way. My grandson will graduate in two years, and I will be making a return trip to Florida, you can be certain I will rebook this home if its available. The location to Anna Maria Island, allowed us to take small, short trips from the home and enjoy the beaches, dolphins, sunshine, and ice cream. You will not find a better stay than here!

2 families - Spring Break

This property was a perfect choice for our 2 families to stay for Spring Break. Located in a nice, quiet, well maintained neighborhood, close to downtown and the Island (beaches). The home was very clean and provided all the essentials to get your vacation started. We appreciated all the beach gear from chairs to toys to coolers/bags. All the linens were clean and we had plenty of towels and blankets. Having 2 master suites made it the perfect house for 2 families to share with plenty of space to spread out. The master beds were not luxurious but they were comfortable. The queen bed and bunkbed room were a little more low end. They worked great for our smaller kids but might be pretty uncomfortable for teens/young adults/adults. Now to the best part, the pool and hot tub!! The pool is big and when we weren’t at the beach, we were swimming! The hot tub was wonderful and it was hot! We did have an issue with the pool heat but Vachira was quick to take care of the problem and we had pool heat the rest of our stay. We really enjoyed our stay at this property and I would highly recommend it.
