This beachy paradise accommodates 12 guests across 4 bedrooms and an additional sleeping area. The master suite is equipped with a king bed and a twin bed. Two other bedrooms feature queen beds, while the fourth bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin over double configuration. The second living area houses a full pull-out sofa with an upgraded memory foam mattress.

There are two fully equipped bathrooms in this home, stocked with all the essentials you need for your stay. Relax and rejuvenate in these spacious, well-lit bathrooms that are equipped to cater to your every need.

The bright, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for those who enjoy cooking. You'll find a comprehensive range of utensils, pots and pans, a toaster, coffee maker, and an electric tea kettle. The dining area comfortably accommodates 8 guests.

The home features two spacious living areas, complete with Smart TVs for your entertainment. The living spaces are designed to foster togetherness, perfect for family gatherings or quiet nights in. If you need a workspace during your stay, you'll find a built-in desk area equipped with an extra monitor for your convenience.

The expansive outdoor area of this home offers ample space to soak in the Floridian sun. Relax by your private heated lap pool, enjoy a meal on the patio featuring a grill and dining set, or lounge on the deck furniture. Guests staying at this coastal retreat have exclusive access to numerous amenities. Relax by the pool, grill on the patio, or watch your favorite shows on the Smart TVs. The home comes with a washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, and central air conditioning.

Beach essentials like sand chairs, beach toys, a cooler, and a beach umbrella are available for guests to use. Parking is available for up to 4 cars in the driveway. Please note, there is no street parking.

Please be aware that if you’re looking for a party house, this is not the place for you. We expect our guests to keep noise at a reasonable level during the day, and quiet time is enforced from 10 pm.

By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. Dogs must be crated when left home alone. Please clean up after your pet. $200 per pet fee (non-refundable, max of 2 dogs).

Pool heating is available for $125 for up to a week, set to 85 degrees from 8 am to 8 pm. However, temperature is not guaranteed if air temperature drops below 70 degrees.

Grill usage does not include food and propane gas; a tank is available for easy exchange.

No check-in or check-out is permitted on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day.
