Outstanding Condo

Clean, spacious, very quite, perfect kitchen. 5 minutes away from beach & restaurants, grocery store 5 minutes away, access to many fun attractions. Highly recommend and will stay here again early next year.

Beautiful property

The check in process and the key fob and gate were a bit confusing. The rest of the stay was outstanding. The condo is beautifuly laid out and convenient to everything. I would absolutely stay here again

Wonderful Stay!

We were so impressed with the property! So clean with a beautiful view of the bay and sunset. I would highly recommend this property it's stunning! Had tons of room with a very convenient location too lots of great restaurants the amazing pool and the beach! Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

A Delightful Stay

Beautiful, gated property with spectacular water views. We were also able to walk to a restaurant for dinner. The room was clean and having a washer and dryer in the unit was definitely a plus.

Few issues

We received an email a week prior to our stay that the pool was closed, we received other pool options but they were too far so we did not utilize. The outside porch patio furniture cushions were mildewy, possibly moldy so we put them aside and didn’t sit on them. The remotes run the lights and fans throughout the house, bedroom one remote did not work. The elevator stopped working so we contacted management, was fixed same day, they were on it. We only received one fob to gain access to property, was inconvenient but we figured it out as we had 7 people total and two vehicles. House was clean, beautiful property. Location of property was perfect. Would stay here again.

Perfect location - beautiful condo’

This place was perfect! Gillian was great to work with from the reservation to checkout. The condo was very clean and well-equipped - from beach bags, coolers, beach towels to cookie sheets, cooking spray - everything we needed or wanted was there! Thank you for your hospitality - we will be back!!

Amazing place!

We enjoyed our stay and would visit again. The condo was spacious and you could tell they put thought into making sure the space had everything you needed. From extra blankets to kitchen ware. The community was quiet and welcoming. We also appreciated the courtesy check-ins by the renters to see how our stay was going and if we needed anything.

Location is Everything!

Location is everything. This was perfect...just over the bridge to Anna Maria Island and easy drive to any major store that you would need. Flew into Sarasota/Bradenton airport which was only 30 -35 minutes away. Condo was clean and had all the essentials that were needed for our stay. Highly recommend this unit.

Relaxing & Convenient with Amazing Views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Changes in Latitude beginning with the beautiful views of the water from every angle including the master bedroom and sunsets every night. The screened in porch with fan is a bonus for sure being right on the water in south Florida. The condo is nicely and newly decorated with plenty of space with a huge kitchen not to mention the breakfast bar. AMI is a short drive over the bridge and also close to Publix. The amenities are a hop skip and jump. Being a gated Margaritaville community including excursions and waterfront restaurant within walking distance doesn't hurt either. Would return here in a heartbeat.

Privacy Concerns: Realtor Wanting to Book Showings During Stay.

While the property itself was decent, our overall experience was overshadowed by an unexpected and intrusive event. On the second day of our stay, we were informed that a realtor would be coming with a potential buyer to view the property, as it was listed for sale! This information was not disclosed in the VRBO listing, and we felt it was a significant invasion of privacy. Sea Breeze, the property management, includes this clause in a contract they send after you book the property on VRBO and give you a 48-hour window to sign before canceling your reservation. I spent a considerable amount of time on the phone with VRBO representatives to address the situation, but the management insisted that we were fortunate to even have the option of choosing a viewing time. They said it was not always an option for guests. This experience left a sour taste in our mouths, and I would caution future guests to be wary of this possibility before booking. Unless you are comfortable with the risk of having realtors showing up during your vacation, I would recommend exploring other accommodation options.

It's our second stay in the one particular harbour complex, we had a 2 bed last time this one was a 3 bed both great units. you're close to everything you need beach, shops etc, both apartments we've stayed in the been great.. We're already looking at our 3rd visit for October also SeaBreeze are absolutely great to work with, we highly recommend SeaBreeze and one particular harbour apartments.

We liked this house very much

A beautiful home with a lovely view

This is a beautiful home with a really nice view. The balcony is a great place to go out and have a cup of coffee on and watch the sunrise. It's a neat community, that is super close to the beaches. There were a lot of good amenities provided. The communication with the property management company was excellent, as well.

Phenomenal

The Latitude Adjustment property was phenomenal. There was so much to do indie the condo itself we had to remind ourselves to leave. We had an extraordinary Christmas Day and dinner cooking everything from gingerbread men to a full ham dinner in the kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms were amazing. The living room was perfect for family Christmas movies. The porch is comfortable for games or to watch a quiet sunrise…both of which we did. It was a magical Christmas!

Love it @ Margaritaville Bradenton Beach/Annamaria Island

Absolutely perfect. This was my second stay in this unit and Margaritaville. I love the convenience to Annamaria Island and the complex is beautiful. It only takes a few steps to get to the pool and a quick drive to the beach, or you can certainly walk if you want. The unit is immaculate and has beautiful views and is bright and open. It is perfect for a family. I am looking forward to staying here again!! Highly recommend.
